I really like this house
Prices are still sky high on houses but but for $449K that house should really include a pool and hot tub. In todays market this house should be about 400K
Another nice house
Thanks for watching and commenting!
Boss. Love the video bro
Just trying to keep up with you!
Spring Hill is in Hernando county and in fact is way north of Tampa Bay Area, not “way south”. Kinda hard to call Spring Hill “Tampa Bay Area” but alright
Spring Hill is ALSO in Pasco and this is SOUTH Spring Hill, but thanks for geography lesson. 😉
I really liked your video. I live in PA and will plan to move there next spring (2024). Im starting to look at houses around the Tampa Bay Area and I think I’ll pick you to be my agent.
Great to hear. Send me an email to josh@buysellrenttampabay.com and let me know what you’re looking for. I’d love to help.
So do you think the taxes for this property will go down to match what it can be sold for?
This home sold for $425,000 in June and the property taxes will reflect that when the county reassess.
Everything is Nice about the Home, Except for Needing Epoxy Flooring in the Garage, It looks Terrible, and all those Plants, Bushes is a Too much for me. $449,000 cannot understand why this haven't sold yet. My Guess the Market is still high, Pretty Nice Neighborhood. Maybe the Sellers should come down of the PRICE, Even More, If they want to sell it, Rate 9.
That crap is worth 280k
Which is why these homes aren’t selling and inventory is starting to climb. The people willing to overpay for these basic homes have left. All of them were less than $300k 18 months ago. 😂
😂😂😂😂 I agree
