I will never understand the idea of a huge house with a tiny cattle chute entrance. If I'm paying that kind of money, I want a grander entrance/front porch.

I hope you like your neighbors as it appears you look out of your windows straight into your neighbors' windows...

how much. a month. about. try to give us some total payments. if reg. 5%. 10% or 20% down ?? elec ?? gas?? etc. about ??that would help tons

House #1 has lots of potential. It would take $200k to bring it back and it's over priced big time!!

I've noticed that old builds and new builds have the open floor plan. Is that common in Florida. I liked #2 the best, #3 had the nicer pool though dirty bottom. #1 has potential but too many water stains and a swamp for a pool. garish pink for the master bath but water stains indicate leaky pipes or most likely, a leaky roof. Not worth 600K.

The house is not worth what they are asking for at all he needs a total renovation updating all over from floor to ceiling the flooring is very cheap and dark and ugly the ceilings are very low with dated popcorn ceilings, windows are too low ,bathrooms need to be renovated just cuz they put a slab of granite in kitchen doesn't make it expensive that is cosmetic .and a pool does not add value to a house not to mention is septic and well.. and even if there is no Hoa or cdds, why would anybody in their right mind want to buy an old house that needs lots of fixing for that price when they could purchase a brand new one with warranty and a lot nicer even if they do have CDD and hoa .CDD is included in your taxes anyways .... That is an outrageous price I purchase homes and I always buy brand new because there is no headaches that come with it and the builder always gives you play closing cost among other incentives that I used home will never give you

3 sliding glass doors on that third house. I hate sliding glass doors.

As a Californian this all looks pretty fair priced ha! Appreciate the video. I'm an agent in the Los Angeles area and the last home reminds me of California. The 1st one is my favorite overall so far. I think you're lucky to be in that part of Florida.

Both houses in nice neighborhoods. Shade trees a a plus. Pools on both houses decent. No HOA/CDD a plus. 1st house, popcorn ceiling a minus. So 70s. Cabinets, tacky big minus. No dishwasher a minus. Stains another minus. Yard is decent a plus. 2nd house had more love. Nice yard with shade trees a plus. Nice cabinets, nice kitchen with dishwasher a plus, nice pool a plus. Nice neighborhood a plus. 2nd house wins. How old are the roofs for both houses? Have they been updated/replaced recently?

I’m wanted ending watching this when I heard HOA but when I heard CDD…. Good bye

For $5000 grand a year (roughy) in Fees...pehaps you should be giving the houses away! :)

I like the 2nd house a lot. Kitchen is much nicer than the 1st house which looked cheap. Beautiful yards at both houses but do like the 2nd houses pool better. More space& bigger pool. ❤❤

That crazy on the first home they should have updated the whole bathroom on both of them, it doesn't look right with a new updated shower and a old tuband I don't like the windows being so low 😊

I liked the pool in the second home because it is much bigger than the first one.

Lived in South Florida for 30yrs, ANYONE WHO BUYS A HOUSE NOW IS THROWING THEIR #$$$ AWAY. WAKE UP

Listed for $895k, sold for $677k. That's a pretty decent price drop. FL home prices about to plummet.

2nd house(bayshore) asking about $959k now reduced from $1,180k , but base price for the model is under 600k, so originally about 580k in options. YIKES, you'll never get that money back.
