Rivers Edge and Rivers Landing are being built by Taylor morrison, one of the best builders in Tampa Florida. Wesley Chapel is filled with a ton of things to do and it is more inland than most cities on the coast, so you can stay away from hurricanes and bad weather.

Do you know if Rivers Landing allows fences in their yards and what the HOA and CDD fees look like?
HOA $220 monthly, CDD ranges from $140-$200 monthly. This should be pretty accurate. Also with the fencing… let me check on that. I can let you know shortly

It has a very nice amenity center on the way hence the price. Are you looking for something with amenities? Are there some that you can do without?
