    Great posture exercise. I followed Geoff Pike years ago with his horse stance exercises,then Phillip Starr with his practical,body mechanics & extending ki or chi.Now you have given me another form,posture,stance exercise to go with them.Thanks,Patrick for your willingness to help others. Den.

    Great exercise! I have a degree in Physical Therapy and this exercise is very similar to many corrective exercises that P.T.s use in their practice. Thank you very much for sharing this knowledge, Coach! This exercise can help alleviate bad posture and compensations we have from desk jobs and also prevent many musculoskeletal issues.
