    What's helped my anxiety a lot has been mindfulness meditation, the book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels has been a big help.

    1 rule agr hilate ho toh hilana band kro abhi sai.
    2rule jyda sochna band kro ishke liye khud ko kam mai busy rkho ya nhi to meditation kro.
    3rule Ek baar mai ek hi kam kro , usapi pura focus kro , example khana khyo toh bsh khana khyo ushka enjoy lo walk kro toh bash walk kro.
    4rule body ko chalana suru kro ishke gym jane ka jrurat nhi hai 5km paidal chal jayo ghr ka kuch kam kr lo.
    5rule always enjoy present moment for peace , anxiety is future worries jo ki hua hi nhi hai nd depression is past thinking.
    Last rule 6 agar prob hai to ushko accept kro nd faced kro ussai bahago mat bolo mai 100percent fit huh nd bhut khush huh apne jeevan sai. ❤

    Ye apne sahi kaha sir uncertain ko certain karna chahte hai apne sath kuch bhi bura hone wala ho just imaginary pehle samajhna chahte hai is vajah se apna present kharab karna chahte hai but the reality kisi ko bhi apna death nhi pata hota is world me

    Sir abi mujhe batao....mai 2021 se snake k thought bohit daratithi..jidhar v baithtithi lgtatha ki yeha snake toh nh hai oha snake toh nh hai...eisa khayal 24*7..jabo sotithi tab mera leg ko chhupa k rakhtithi aagar snake agaya toh...or nind mai brain dar dar sa hotha tha or mai uth jatithi dar se..thn dhire dhire bohot puja ki vagwan ko pray kartithi toh ye dar chala toh gaya..but avi physically sumtom 1 sal 4 month se suru huyi hai.jaise pura din toh koi prblm nh hotahai mai swasth hu..but jabvi sotihu nind ane lagtihe tabvi brain ek wave jeisa ya kya hai mujhe khud nh pata eisa hojatihe or pair hath current jeisa jhatka lagtahai heart beat badh jatihe so nh patihu.phle toh daily daily nh hotatha 2/4 din baad badd hotatha or avi har roj har raat jabi sotihu chahe din ho or raqt tabvi brain mai eisa hotahai or heartbeat k sath uth jatihu ..avi ap bataiye ye kya hai anxiety hai ya koi bimari hogayihai mujhe....meri request hai ap jarur rply karenge🙏

    Muje to ab relize hua h ki muje Generalised Anxiety Disorder bhi hai... muje HOCD bhi hai but vo mane control kar li hai...almost me Generalized anxiety disorder bhi control kar chuka hai ..,main point reaction hai .... jab ham reaction Dena band kar dete hai to body habitual ho jati hai and again anxiety nhi deti us particular topic se related ....but mane observe Kia h ki ye disorder physical bhi hai... m jab meditation karta hu then i relize Mera right part of brain is block ...not working as good as left part of brain... ye hi bat Dr. Jeffrey Swartz ne bhi apni book brain lock m batai hai .....

      @@KnowledgeLiberates bhai aap mental issues ko aap achhe se samjhte hain kyuki aap khud is se gujar chuke hain so Thora softly samjhana chahiye for you kind information I am also taking treatment of OCD so I also understand this issues very well.sometimes this illusion may indicates towards OCD or other clinical disorder so you should motivate him to seek any professional help

    Meri ex gf ka phone number mujhe har waqt yaad aate rehta hai.. Jabki mai yaad krna bhi nhi chahta.. Aur ek cheez hai jab bhi mai online payment krta hoon aisa lgta hai maano jyada payment kar doon. Mostly mere jitne bhi intrusive thoughts hai kahi na kahi phone ke handling se hi related hai.. What is ur suggestion on this..

      @@KnowledgeLiberates sir par maine notice kiya hai ki jab se mano OCD ke baaare padh liya hai mere thoughts stick karne lage hai.. Like kuch 5-6 thoughts hi mano cycle me repeat ho raha ho.. Moreover mai har waqt sirf apne thoughts ko hi check krne me laga rehta hoon ki dimaag ke andar kab kon sa thought aa raha😔
