      पेहिली बात विचार तो विचार हे । जबतक हाम इस्मे कर्म नाकरे ।चाहे कुछभी हम सोचे और मनमे विचार आए । हामारा कुचनैइ बिगरसक्ता जित्ने भि self harm or harm का विचार आए । तुम निडरका साथ ईश विचारको मनमे आने दो , देखो ,साक्षी भाव मे , खोज - खोजकर ल्याओ ईश विचारको , धिरे धिरे ईश विचार आफ्से आफ बिदाई होकर जाते हे । यहि erp technique use करो । जबतक हाम विचारसे डरते रहेङे ।उत्नाही विचार हाम्से परेसान कर्ता हे । चाहे कुचभी डर ,घवराट ,बेचैन कर्नेवाली विचार क्यु न हो । सामना करो , याद राखो , विचार से ,anxiety से पैदा होने डर 100 % नक्कली डर हे । इसिलिए डरनेकी बात नहि ।

    Jab compulsion karo tab sukoon aur Darr khatam hota hai.

    When i stop my compulsion for months yes when that thought come in my head anxiety dose not trigger now but i do get that thought but less now. Dose it actually work when u stop compulsion ur obsession thought and anxiety reduce?
