Lekin Sar Agar Hamen apni thoughts Mein doubt aur confusion ho aur ab ismein Ham Kya Karen Vahi real lag rahe ho aur usmein Humko overthinking ho rahi ho that situation Kya Karen especially in thought contamination OCD.
