    You can get rid of OCD by following these steps
    1. Any kinds of thought may come ,dont fear and dont fight with your thoughts
    2. Daily physical exercise
    3. Daily Pranayam like anulom bilom Bhramri
    4. Vitamin 12 vitamin c and vitamin D consume
    5. Increase your Magnesium, Zinc,fiber
    6. Practice affirmation daily
    7.practice Gratitude
    8. Practice Forgiveness
    9. Spend time with nature
    10. Practice Meditation
    11. Deep breathing
    12. Drink plenty of water
    13. Change your diet avoid Sugar fast food and junks food
    14. Believe in yourself
    15. Believe in God
    16. Increase your sleep quality before sleep massage your feet for 15 mints
    17. Milk with Ashwagandha can promote your sleep quality
    18. Dont be panic everything you will be fine
    19. Do Good for others

    Actually i lost my mother in 2020 due to covid and i was also the covid survivor but for good or bad i donno we were alloted same room in hospital and I have seen all her suffering from
    normal >icu> recovery of 1 month > dn organ s started to fail >ventilator dn death
    That 1 month was miserable as we are only 4 members and i was vry close to mama.
    After 4 month i lost my uncle in covid in 2nd wave and he was the healthiest in our family.
    Nd from that time i can't deal with the thinking of loosing someone ..and this thinking makes me so anxious..i always try to protect my close one..
    And sometimes that thoughts are so strong that i usually cry.
    And this habit or problem of rebound i can't cope with.
    Last 1 month i have been meditating regularly which keeps me focused on my goals and helped me to stop that process of ocd may be.
    Thanxx to this vdo.. i came to know OCD and worked on that to heal my self.

    Chant Hare Krishna Mahamantra & do Radha Krishna bhakti with full heart & soul read about his lilas in Srimad Bhagavatam sail in the ocean of bhakti it will initially be very hard for 3 to 4 years but give it try you will get rid of OCD from root. No doctor can be as effective as Radha Krishna believe me I have lived the experience.

    Well.. I'm an OCD sufferer and let me tell you, few things shown in this video aren't helpful.
    To recover from OCD, we need an ocd specialist and this video lack knowledge.
    The key points to get over ocd are:
    1. Don't fight the thoughts and let them be there without engaging into compulsions and ruminations.
    2. As he said that don't consume such content which trigger ocd.. no that's the wrong approach, avoidance shouldn't be done because that will be a compulsive behavior. Limit the content which trigger you but don't avoid it because that would be a compulsion. Even expose yourself slowly to triggers to get recovery and that's what ERP therapy (for ocd) says.
    3. There could be plenty of reasons why a person have ocd such as overthinking, low serotonin level, genetics and some people are born vulnerable to OCD.
    4. Try ERP, CBT and ACT therapy for ocd and if you can't visit therapist then watch videos regarding this, there are plenty of videos on CZcams.
    5. Practice mindfulness and meditation and OCD affirmations are must.
    6. Don't question the thought that it's REAL or FAKE because it wouldn't help for long run.. OCD feels super real and sometimes you feel that you're actually liking your thoughts and sensations. It's 10x more complex than shown in thie video.
    7. Stop looking for certainty and 100% answers, that's not gonna work. Instead try to live with doubts, fear, anxiety and uncertainty because the more you'll try to find answers, the more doubts and anxiety you get and the more you'll trapped into ocd cycle.
    Lasty, I've lot more things to write but it would be so long then. Watch videos by therapists, people who recovered from ocd or ocd specialists because these kind of random videos would make you more confused because he mentioned few things as helpful but ocd patients should avoid those things. You'll get better clarity the more you'll watch videos regarding ocd from specialists.
