    Like is it also a compulsion if when a thought come I say I am not my thought? I am really confused.

      Compulsion is the action you're going to take after having the thought that triggering u, the action can be internal as well External too, internal action means argument with your triggering Thoughts or over thinking to a level like what happens if that happens and it become an never ending Loop, while the External action is the action u do externally like continous hand washing if u have ocd realted to hygiene. Repeated checking whether u lock a door or not if u are going somewhere outside of your house.that's it, I hope it helps

      Same chiz mujhe bhi hoti thi, aur extreme level pe, khud ko thappad bhi mara hai.
      Ek chiz samajh lijiye, jab tak ap kissi psychriatist jo ki MD and DPM from nimhans/ CIP Ranchi hai, unko dikhake medicines khane ke saath therapy nahi karoge, tab tak akela/ only therapy se kuchh bhi thik nahi hoga agar ocd severe ho gaya hai toh.
      Brother see a doctor first, then come to therapy.
      Agar meri baat ko samjho ge to hi aapki life bachegi. Aapki taklif me janta hu, iss liye comment kiya. See a good doctor first.

      This happened to me too. Basically this is just ocd at play here.
      We need to disregard thoughts, urges, feelings, perceptions etc. Focus on the actions and making sure they are aligned to your values.
      I still struggle with this but this is the way to go.
      Remember ocd keeps doubting things just keep disregarding.

    Here is Guidline for Self Help using ACT for OCD..
    1- Take a note complete this statement "I want to come out..
    from _______ painful thoughts and feelings (list all intrusive thoughts and feelings)
    2- Second Page write, What am doing till now to control these thoughts and feelings (include all your controlling strategies like self talk (self critizing talk), distraction strategies (watching TV, Song, Going out) etc anything you do internally (self talk) or externally for controlling OCD thoughts and feelings should be listed here)
    3. Daily remove 10 mins, close your eyes, and purposely bring all these thoughts and controlling strategies on page 1 and page 2 and when it comes say "thank you mind" for giving all these thoughts. Daily see these 2 pages and close your eyes and bring these thoughts and say thank you mind when it comes, you can even smile when thoughts come..
    Tips..
    Remember acceptance needs to be practiced..
    When you do this exercise repeat slow down slow down slow down just be slow super slow while doing this.
