    He should make separate one for people living in equatorial regions. Not just subtropical, temperate and artic people.

      @@cyriljacob4839 That's true! I saw another interview of Dr. William Li where he talks about diversity. Apparently eating with diversity is very important, so everyone should eat what the region has to offer. I agree, it would be great if he could do an interview about specific regions.

      @@cyriljacob4839 Yes, you are right! By the way, sometimes I get really confused about what grows where, because of our globalization. Everything is always available in the supermarket. I try now to buy more regional vegetables and fruits.

    New research indicates that one should never combine banana with berries in a smoothie, as the banana will prevent absorption of the polyphenols in the berries.
