Yes, I always love seeing all the fantastic aircraft display models on offer at the Amsterdam aviation fair. This fair has more professional aircraft display models available for sale than any other airline collectible show on planet earth, in my personal opinion.
Thanks for the walkaround Henry, I agree, it looks so much nicer up there than in the basement. It feels like just a couple of months ago you were at last years' show!
You’re right it was just a couple months ago that I was at last year’s show in the latter part of September 2023. So barely 5 months ago … but now we have to wait a full year for the next show.
Hey Henry! it seems you got it working ay! but yea the internet there wasn't great, it was very nice meeting you, Iw as the guy in the Boeing 747 hat and with the KLM Cargo B747-406ERF/SCD aka my 54th B747, I really look forward meeting up in 2025 my dad loves this as well so yeap the AACF is a standard day for us! :D
Also I met up with some other friends the owners of Arcunia & Diecast trading were very nice people to meet the same for many others I met there, sadly my friend Russel & Erik from Gemini Jets were not here this time, so always hoping to see them next year :)
After we go t home I Slept long omg I was knackered!

Thank you so very much for meeting with me although I can’t match your nickname here on CZcams to you in person via my memory which is fading .. as I did meet a lot of people that day. Suffice it to say the show was an outstanding success. We all had a lot of fun and met a lot of very good friends in our hobby and I’m so happy that you had a great time at the show as well. I’m looking forward to the 2024 Amsterdam aviation fair.
Beautiful models there, neat to see parts and so on also.
The Amsterdam aviation fair is famous, for its aircraft is flame models, and I would say this show has more professional aviation models (not diecasts) than any other show on the planet.

Any idea where I could get a Wardair 747 from the late 70s Henry?
I have one for sale, in 1/100 scale made for Wardair by Space models of the UK .. $800 USD in near mint condition.

Because of the economic crisis the show is getting smaller every year, and less visitors- more expensive prices and less sales. I dont think it will exist within 3 yrs
This is not at all my observation. They actually had 1000 people through the doors in the 1 day .. which is a record attendance from what I was told. It was an unbelievably successful show. Everybody can’t wait to attend next year and I had an absolutely fantastic time. It was a 20 out of 10 event.
