- We spent 3 days in Amsterdam, and in this video we showcase some of the best aviation wonderland style spots in and around the city. We meet up with Niels from Dutch Aviation Vlog, and together we see everything aviation from passenger jets to cargo planes to even a few Boeing 747s!
In addition, we take a flight over Amsterdam to get a bird's-eye view of the city's many airports and plane spotting spots. We also visit Lelystad Aviodrome, a museum dedicated to aviation, and the Corendon Hotel, which has a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the airport.
We also spent time at the Polderbaarn plane spotting, a popular spot for plane spotting in the countryside. We also visit the Aviation Megastore, a shop that sells all sorts of aviation-related merchandise.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced plane spotter, this video is a must-watch!

@@MachTwoPhotography Is that you, Sam? You’re a girl after my own heart. My father worked for the Lockheed SkunkWorks. My heart plane is the SR71 Blackbird. I went to the Palmdale facility to see the last takeoff and overflight of the last Blackbird on its way to retirement at the Smithsonian Museum.
@Dianelee999 it's me 🙋🏻♀️ the one and only mother of Dakota! 😂 And wow what a privilege to have worked on the SR71!! Only ever seen one in a museum down in Duxford with Andy last year (he LOVED it!!!) Naturally I'm in love with anything that has power and afterburners haha.
My aerodynamics teacher will be a bit disappointed I forgot to put in leading edge slats, please don’t let him in on this little secret!

Schiphol is a nice place to be. Good spotting places and you can see planes everywhere and smell the A1 from all the open air terraces (for visitors)!
I can remember that there where bus tours in the 1990/2010 on Schiphol.
You boarded a bus and drive around Schiphol “backstage”. It was a payed thing. But it was very nice to see all those big 747’s from upclose. Only now the tours aren’t there anymore.
But we still got to open air “Schiphol panorama terras”.
