At this point, all your attempts at cost saving in hiring inexperienced construction crew to repair the roof is costing more than having an actual professional contractor repair it. Our guess is that the roof isn't actually leaking since you've had it patched multiple times. It is highly likely the water is flowing over the edge of the roof and flowing under the roof through cohesion, showing an intrinsic design flaw on the roof. You need something to block the flow over the roof edge.
I like tiny house but full of blessings Tal, alot of flowers in the garden with some banana plants around the pence.Vegetables etc and also chicken para dili na mopalit.
Your "HOME" is actually nice and cute. It is how you beautify your house and surroundings that will make it cozy and admirable. Just be creative and expand your imagination as to how you can maximize the area of your property.
Ur sooo Lucky to have ur own tiny home. Plant some tomatoes, onion and garlic. Those R the things U always need to cook . And also ur dog is sooo Lucky to have U!
Having seen all the past videos, especially with the leaky roof, I think my theory was right from the very beginning, but didn't comment because I thought it'll be fixed. Anyway, there is NO leak. The water is coming from the edge of the roof that's most elevated, then it rolls down underneath the roof itself then drips down to the plywood. Put a flushing and/or cut the edges of the nipa.
The shed’s roof seems perfect for a porch where you could sit & relax that should be accessible through a glass door (allowing the sunlight through) from your bedroom. A little siding around this space would protect against falls. The shed roof seems over/under spec’d & may not be a wise use to just be used to support a plastic water tank. A separate dedicated water tower that is located elsewhere & not be an eyesore is suggested. If you plan to use the shed roof as a sitting area that is accessible from an outside stair may not be a good idea too for privacy (peeping) & safety (as possible burglary entry) reasons. Just saying…
I can not WAIT to come up there and see you bro and stay in the tiny house!! I hope you figure out what the leak is so you can start spending money on what you like (instead of repairs). We miss you in CDO and hope to see you soon. 😁
I think it's because of how corrugated roof sheets is installed. As your roof is of shed type, the installation should follow a layering format, wherein you install from the lowest to the highest point therefore it should overlap for a few centimeters (small houuse like yours should have an overlap for the sheets of 50cm). Also possible causes of the leaks are the unsealed nailed areas and holes from the high point of the roof will naturally roll down towards a lower point.
I wish the government could put more development projects for smaller islands, but with tight environmental regulations to prevent the problems that came with having more tourists like Boracay.

it begs the question: why TF didn't you make the top of the shed a nice little Roman balcony? just add some railings, and tile, and a small outdoor table and chairs, some potted plants, and french doors. Immediately increase the su/ft of your home and value, too.
This is the future plan, it's all about budget budget budget now. This construction project ate pretty much all my savings, and killed my CZcams channel. I don't have much money to invest into anything in the house other than finishing it, and what must be done.
Hi Tal, I was a subscriber on your other CZcams channel, Traveling Clatt. I was wondering you have been traveling around the world for years now and I'm curious that you decided to move to the Philippines. Is Philippines your home-based now, am I correct?
I really want to make a video about this in the future, unfortunately according to Philippine law, I'm really not allowed to discuss environmental issues. So.i think sadly I won't be able to touch on this topic... Just know, I WANT to be as sustainable as possible. I don't think I actually can be.
Seriously, your going to have to bite the bullet and find a REAL roofer, that will probably recommend tearing off all or some of it and doing it correctly. The longer it goes, the more it will cost you in other repairs as well. It's as simple a roof as you can have. An idiot should be capable of making this roof right.
My wife and I live in a bamboo house they call it a bye Okubo it has a grass roof and never leaks a drop by the way do you mind if I ask do you have a girlfriend?
Your money is going down the drain if you don’t hire an engineer , architect a good contractor. It’s not the window, but the poor installation because you don’t have the right workers.
Are you legal to stay in the Philippines? What is your immigration status? You and the couple (eight miles from home) BID needs to keep tab of all the foreign vloggers. Madali masing uratin ang mga pilipino

There is a paste like glue he can get at Wilson and spread it with a brush, that should seal it. In combo with a silicone paste.

A rooftop chill area is a great idea. Go for it.

There's quite a huge pile of garbage on the outside of your fencing. I'm assuming that's from your construction and you will be cleaning it up. 😢😮

who told you that shed can hold a 55 gallon drum filled with water on top of it? that's more than 200 kgs. of weight my guy.
Just curious as to how you are able to procure your property when you are a foreigner?
Is it a metal roof?, if not replace with a metal roof.

Just change the whole roof instead of nipa.

When the foreigner leave the philippines the thing that they will miss are the typhoons ha ha
What a ridiculous comment.
Could you please share your nationality? Your appearance gives me the impression that you might be from India?
Middle eastern ancestry,

Spork can probably do a better job of fixing the roof than the clowns you keep hiring.
🤣
You can save money than renting out house there at same time you can grow vegetables and raise animals.
