I cannot understand the mindset of people who question a professional bodybuilders form on an exercise. Look at his back.. then look at yours. Stop reading out of a textbook and get in the gym and actually perform the movements that feel the best
I've noticed it's very common today. Wasn't a thing when I was a teen or in my 20s. We watched the pros .. hell even the top amateur BBs and listened. If something seemed, we'd simply ask why and give them the respect to answer with reasons. Hahah it's crazy. It's a reflection of the world today not just in BB Isn't it.. its sad on ways but hey no point us crying over spilt milk as they say

@@hollingshead89 I know you don't need defenders I love your content and attitude and im fan of you but since im certified Personal trainer I have some experienced into training I did mention the rest of the workout was pretty good. I would like to start compete in 2024 if all works out but I would never get to your stage as natural what my anabolic response is I don't ever will know cause im turning a dad this year and I wont take to high risk with my life condition. but I would love to see you come back to norway
@@RafaellopesXD honestly if you read the science it would back me up right there, but another thing I only complained about one of exercise the other was clean. I have faith in my skillset as personal trainer else I would never become one. but im fan of james I know he doesn't get hurt from a comment his big boy unlike a salty person that commented back and I knew someone was trying to defend ;P
@@Chrisfitness92 ive been a certified personal trainer since 09 I know how it rolls but practical and experience is so different. You don't get far without knowing what you are doing daily bud.
