You missed one point those who joined HCL as a lateral joinee and remained in bench for 2 month are are asked to resign.... HCL is very bad in job security

Good video, but what "Perks" you have mentioned they are not perks..
Providing health/term insurance, is not perk.
Food coupon are part of Gross salary (not a perk)
Reimbursement of internet bill is also part of Gross.
In actual "Perks/ Benefits"are less number of working hours(around 7 to 8 hours, and not 9 hour working + break), Flexible WFH option, Gym benefits, 40+ holiday's, etc etc

But a rule of thumb, if Paid+Casual + sick are less then 20, then don't join.
