Don't waste this phase..if u find opportunities,just apply ,and leave..if they schedule an interview or written test attempt it. Then leave .
My suggestion is , grab the opportunity..then leave ..hope everything is on time..

Any change has to be done before 20 or 21 months.. for every company salary cut of date will be there .. i think u will receive this month.. don't worry..

It's depends mihir .. can't tell exactly how many days it will take . With in one week or 10days you will receive offer letter and remaining process details..

How much time take to go next page that form...it will take..long time or... automatically when I enter my details it will goes to the next page...
It may take 1-2 days ,Fill the joining form ,then u get updates,what to do next.

Hi folks, I have given first round of interview for HCL for service desk engineer, how much time generally the HR take to reply with the feedback status?
I have also received the ion-board(HCL discover) portal login credentials. And 10% profile has completed. Now I am unable to fill up other options I.e my accomplishments my nomination etc.

Hii i got onboarding mail but there is HCL selection process is pending and i fill and upload all documents.... Then i got submission mail also after completing.... Then there is no more mail for me..... I checked that portal there is only 50% what is the next procedure can you tell me please
Did you receive an offer letter ??
1) if you receive an offer letter..then no worries, this onboarding process is slow ..it will take some time to complete 💯 process.
2) if you dint receive an offer letter then ask u r hr ,mail them regularly..
As 50% completed means .. u r on the right track.. process is a little slow.. be patient .they will mail and ask to do everything. So just enjoy the process and All the best.. happy onboarding

You will receive it soon..as you already have a 50% profile. If it takes a long time then don't waste your time..If possible let's also try for other opportunities. All the best

Hi Can you please explain my status on I onboard is not changing from my profile to my accomplishments and nominations. Do i need to change any settings in my browser or something. My HR is not responding to my calls.
No upendra..no need to change anything in browser settings.. It will take some time to upendra. Need to wait ..there is no other option.

Not like that...it may vary , for some people 1.joining form -> offer letter ->Bgv
2.offerletter -> joining form -> Bgv
I know these two..

Actually I didn't receive offer letter but I receive mail for smart bgv daily by logging into account it is showing multiple records found unable to login please say some solution
Don't worry Saranya.. hope you will receive an offer letter soon.only way we have is to connect with the hcl team mail the people in cc and every one who sends mails to you. Join the telegram groups there u can find people like you and you may get contact details. don't depend only on hcl and please don't waste your time, try for other opportunities also ..don't be disappointed by seeing this msg.. You will get the best thing.. All the best. Inform us if you receive an offer letter or any other update regarding hcl . It may be helpful for others.
If they won't respond after one month also..they please leave it aside and try for other opportunities.. don't waste time .if it works happy if it does not work we dint feel regret .. as we are trying for others things and we dint waste our time...
Hi @explore, I got my account activated on 28th November on ionboard portal. After filling the my profile section when I click the submit button it is not going to my accomplishments section instead it is coming back to home page, due to this I can't able to complete the joining form, sent an email to HR but no response, kindly help how I can complete the process and get the offer letter
Just wait one or two days and try to fill it again..happy onboarding

The last onboarding process is a digital signature. Where u will sign on 60 pages digitally..no need of print out

I was selected in 29 sep then joined on 21st October and pre bgv completed as per HCL discover then i submitted post joining verification.but still no email no information coming from hcl. Neither hr replying. But i do received email regarding LWP marked. Even i got 10 days salary. What is going on any idea?
No worries, it will take some time . Just mark your attendance and get a salary.. soon you will receive updates.. welcome to hcl .. in my case also after one month I got training update. Plz subscribe to my channel 😊

Hey explore I got the mail regarding Physical Joining at Lucknow location with some hard copies of docs . Can you tell me what will happen on that day ?
They will check your offer letter and your documents.. then they will provide you the id card ..& maybe the indication section( details abt company and soon) will happen..
My onboarding is totally online.. I don't have any exact information.. hope this will give you some idea..

If it is physical..they will inform you Vijay lakshmi.. through mails or hr will inform you...
If they asked u to send documents through courier ..then it is online. only.
@@explore5 actually I didn't get any mail. I just mailed to hr today onboarding is physical or virtual.. She said physical.. I have 4 dys of time only but I didn't get any mail regarding that... And if it is physical- is it necessary to carry our personal laptop at the time of onboarding...
What can I mention HCl witness Details
Give your cousin names or siblings.
I think they ask for a mail id.. give correct mail IDs .. because in the process of e-sign ..they will send verification links to our witness mail IDs and they have to do e-sign also .so give correct and working mail ids.. hope this info will help you.. All the best ...happy onboarding...

Few days back i got offer acceptance form but i couldn't submit it on time and i got a mail ur not interested to join us etc is my offers is still there just 1hr time given i had submitted it after some time appox 2hrs

Hi after done my interview and salary discussion i got mail for background verification and onboarding process but due to occurred error I was not able to complete that step then i sent mail to hr and call to her but not got response after some days I have received offer letter.
But Today again I got a mail for pending background verification and onboarding again previous error is coming

Is it mandatory to complete these steps before DOJ or either i can submit all doc for these steps on DOJ in offline mode at office??
I think we can do it after DOJ also, for me after my Doj also i received Bgv mails.. just upload what ever they ask.. for one document i got two mails from the Bgv team .i just uploaded again.. if you face any issue drop a mail to explore4991@gmail.com
