So 130 on each side means both legs are about the same with muscle, bone, and fat in terms of weight, but they’re both pushing down with the same pressure.

It was the diet that worked against his stomach. Notice he got abs with zero cardio. He made their work out based o their body habitus. Basically their genetics plays a role on how they are built.

    The body fat measurements are a joke. LMAO. People really have 0 idea what sub-10% bodyfat looks like on a person. That is shshshshredded. Not that guy, unfortunately. Not even close.

      @KNACK 2 THA FUTURE Nope. You can just be really skinny. When I was in high school my doctor gave me a body fat test, but a real one where you hold two metal grips and it measures your fat through electric impulses, and I was 3% body fat. He put me on a diet because of how skinny I was. I didn't have any muscle at all though, I couldn't even do a pushup. Now after years of eating well and actually exercising, I'm finally at a good weight and muscle definition.

      That’s true if you’re skinny, but neither of these guys were skinny enough to where that would be the case. They both had enough muscle to where, although it would not be impressive, they would’ve been diced af.

      Agreed. As long as the measurement error is consistent though it doesn't really matter much to track progress.

    "Gain 12.5 lbs of muscle"... fam even Pro Bodybuilders who take roids dont gain that much muscle in 10 weeks. Also "7% bodyfat" ? Gtfo this dude got pretty lean but I hate how false information is just being spread out to the public.

    • @weedseeds5211
      @weedseeds5211 Před 5 lety +120

      What are you talking about. When you're a newbie thats when you gain the MOST muscle. Its called noobie gains for a reason.

    • @jj6082
      @jj6082 Před 5 lety +105

      Yes, but noob gains with an ideal diet, programming, and genetics for natural lifters are around half a pound of muscle a week max. So yeah, 12.5 lbs of muscle in that amount of time is kinda crazy.

      Rafay Syed it’s not impossible if you’re a noob to the gym you can build muscle while losing fat same thing for a person that’s obese or a detrained athlete

      You dont know what bf percentages look like. 25-30 is obese, you would have the body of a lunchlady. Body fat gets harder to lose as you lose more of it, and the difference in appearance between 25-20 would not look as much as the difference between 20-15

      A lifetime of habits to change, and diabetes is going to take a while to fix. And he doesn't gain back nearly as much each time. He is actually following a fairly normal pattern. Most inactive people find it very difficult to start working out, (both because it is difficult, and because they feel embarrassed), but every time you start again, it gets easier to keep it up. And it is my impression that he is both more active and healthy diet in general than he used to (also between the videos).

      Calipers are also good, but only if you know how to use them. When all the tests are done properly they are all within ~3% if I remember correctly. They are probably at 14% and 25%.
