- After a jury returned a verdict in her murder trial, Hannah Payne has learned her fate Friday morning. Earlier this week, the jury unanimously found Payne guilty on all counts, including murder in the shooting death of 62-year-old Kenneth Herring.

She has to serve at least 30 of the 43 years before she's eligible for parole. Did you miss that part?

She has to do 30 years minimum plus some percentage of the 13 years consecutive before she gets parole.
It’s either 1/3 or 2/3.
It’s at least 35 years before possibility of parole.

Ok let me get this straight, you can play police officer without training, lawful certifications, and employment as a figure of authority. And when someone sees you as the aggressor they're wrong? We have laws in place for a reason. The problem in this country is people only want the law to work only for them instead of all of us! She went above and beyond her civic duty when she got the license plate number.
