      You don’t know facts! She told 911 the plate nr while following him and blocked his truck and pulled a gun on him ordering him out of his truck. When he refused he grabbed her shirt apparently and she shot him. She was playing citizens arrest and that law was still in affect but has since been rescinded since the other GA Amaud Arbury murder. Her lies will hang her as she first said he pulled trigger and later told cops 3 times that she shot him herself. I don’t think the jury will let her get away with this vigilante act even if citizen arrest law was still in affect. Pulling the gun and shooting the guy when her life wasn’t in any danger is holy unlawful and an aggravated murder! She is toast!

During a diabetic crisis you often don’t have the ability to stop and “explain” anything as you can hardly talk, form sentences, you are swearing and overall feel like you will pass out at any second.     Why did she follow and confront that man instead of simply calling 911 with the license plate number? She also could have minded her own business considering the facts that no one was hurt and someone else had already called 911.       Listen, more carefully. The prosecutor made a plea offer. The defence considered it came back with a counter offer. The prosecutor declined the counter offer.

They even run from the cops when they are told to stop. I almost got hit the other day when I was walking the Cross walk. A Blk man came speeding at me and almost hit me. Then I remembered that Blks feel the law doesn't apply to them.

    I find it ironic that she was so worried about him causing another accident but based on an eye witness account she was the one weaving in and out of traffic to catch up with him and could have easily caused an accident herself. Also there were officers in the vicinity assisting with something else and could have easily been flagged down to step in to help resolve the matter when she had his vehicle blocked in. Bottomline she knew what she was doing!

    As someone who the lot of yall would call far right I must say I looked over this case and even I must say she blatantly disregarded the law and escalated a situation that either way would’ve led to his death another problem is even if he wasn’t going into shock she should’ve just got his plates he would’ve been reasonably charged and prosecuted for a hit and run his death was unnecessary and unjust. If you are not Johny law, then you cannot play to be Johnny Law.

He didn't expect it to go that long when he showed up at 8am. We don't know that situation - was the defendant not waiving time so attorney couldn't ask for postponement when 8am was moved to 1pm? I'm sure that shi**y judge didn't know nor care since she found him in contempt for being hospitalized due to life threatening incident! She should not only be removed from case but disbarred. But, she will go higher and higher in the "ranks."

      I don’t think he was held in contempt for the first incident. She just strongly admonished him for being late, which is her prerogative.
      However, her threatening him with contempt AFTER confirming he was having a serious medical emergency, is absolutely ridiculous. It’s not like the guy sprained his ankle or broke his arm and then didn’t notify the court he would be absent, he had a STROKE FFS! Hell, it’s entirely possible that when court started that morning he wasn’t lucid enough yet to know he was in the hospital.

      He was found in the hospital 🏥,but didn't let the court know he had it. Hannah came to court on the day to ⛏️ a jury and the case has been on hold for another year. 4 years free and this man is dead in a cold ground give me a break!!

    No she went full John wick over a fender bender ran this guy off the road and then attacked him she shot him in his car she was 25 ft away from her own vehicle. It's hard to plan to follow someone to get their license plate and then that turns into you running them off the road and shooting them dead.
    Nobody is going to believe that as self-defense that is straight delusion 👌

    Her defense attorney pulled that move to get a delay for his client and to get the black judge removed. Stall the case until no one remembers it then get a plea deal in the back room . Old move from the defense
