Higgins' butt answered Albert's butt, then later butt-dialed him back again . Mrs McCabe's butt called & hung up Mr O'Keefe a bazillion times that night- no voicemail. Agent Higgins & Brian Albert both destroyed their phones THE DAY BEFORE THE COURT ORDERED THEM TO RETAIN THEM. Nothing to see here!😅

This is absolutely nuts. Why would a police officer move a body to his front yard where he could easily be seen by anyone (or a neighbor’s camera) and start planting evidence??

No they don't. But being from Massachusetts I can attest that's how we talk. It sounds cold but it is a thing. But most certainly people don't delete calls to a victim. But dial 10 times, group texts the guy wasn't in the house ECT. These people are covering something completely, the murder of John O'Keefe.
I was wondering the same...She sure makes it a point to say " our friend" or "our Good friend" when mentioning him.. Yet every one in their little circle refers to him is " that guy"..🤔..
After a friend of mine died I immediately saved anything that reminded me of him and I have istened to his old recorded messages over and over again. I would never have deleted anything he touched, so yes the idea of deleting those messages is very odd.
My friend passed away in 2020 I saved each video and voice note he ever sent . And his photos because he was a brilliant man. I’d definitely not delete calls if I wanted to show the timeline either

The more I hear the less I believe .When backed into the corner she got very defensive.
Add in the 12 times she was spoken to and only answered the direct questions asked but she spent this entire testimony injecting extra information or only what she wanted to answer
To be fair, you should answer as brief as possible. You never give any more information that what is asked for.

I can totally see how these people got mad at John that night and got violent. With witnesses claiming they never answered a call when records show they did, they never made calls when records show they did, they never deleted call logs when records show they did, they never Google searched at that time when records show they did & they were never at a location when a 360 ap said they were I think everyone who’s ever been convicted using Cell Data should file an appeal.

@@CarrieRay Please, the state had no real evidence that she hit him. He was six foot two and two hundred pounds and the only damage to her car is a busted tail light? A tail light that wasn't cracked but totally pulled out (no loose wires which should’ve been there, no bulb sockets, no broken light bulb) and wasn't seen at the scene by initial first responders until Procter showed up later and magically found it (after which he was in possession of Karen Read's car, and when it was unaccounted for 45 minutes). Way too many inconsistencies with this case which makes her defense more plausible.
After a night of drinking… an event like this will sober you up but still not 100% clarity so you have to retrace steps and go over it and over it to cover all bases. So next morning they have to go back over everything to not leave any clue or anything that may be an issue… and no one investigated inside the home ( that’s huge)

Wouldn’t it be funny as if part of the FBI investigation they secretly bugged the house. The cover up is still going on to this day, they are comparing their testimony and adjusting their stories to cover their mistakes.
All the witnesses that have been clearly dishonest have one thing in common. Ties to law enforcement. It's like they already know there are no consequences for them, no matter how implausible, as long as they stick to the script.

The part of her testimony that honestly bothered me the most was her giving herself grace by saying “I was in shock, my friend blah blah” all the while REFUSING to give Karen that same grace and instead painting her as a psycho. Just doesn’t sit well with me. She wants blood 🩸

@@elle706 at the beginning of trial they got the first investigator that turned out to be friends with everyone and was acting like he never met them, that investigator got Karen’s phone and was texting all of his buddies that he got it and was gonna check for nudes then later text back that he couldn’t find any.

I’m starting to think that maybe it was Colin since they’re trying so hard to protect him in my opinion. But from what I’ve heard about the federal investigation, their findings say his injuries weren’t from being hit from a car, so it’s hard to know what think at this point.
Even if Karen is guilty......she will 100% walk because every single witness is so defensive, combative and aggressive! Leaving the jury "reasonable doubt" to believe that it's quite possible this group attacked this man....simply because they all are so aggressive in demeanor in a COURT Setting so I can imagine how they are when NOT in front of a judge.
