Napier residents assess flood damage

- Napier is waking up to another day in a state of emergency as it comes to terms with one of its worst floods.
Hundreds of properties have been damaged, at least 19 homes are uninhabitable and about 30 people have been forced to shelter at an evacuation centre.
RNZ reporter Harry Lock spoke to residents who were wading through the streets on Tuesday.
