Nobody in this country's political scenery is as confusing as Ramaphosa. He is extremely friendly to capital in terms of economic policy but turns out to be extremely revolutionary in terms of geo-political policy. I normally expect him to lean more towards the West every time he makes an address but he continues to stress that South Africa aims only to pursue a multi-polar world order with the global South at the heart of popular agenda. This is impressive by himself, his administration and political party to continue to stay resolute in the face of extreme pressure from the West to turn back on BRICS.

Russia appointed a minister specifically to address the issue if children's safety particularly as Ukraine was using kindergartens etc to hide weapons and staging posts.
