Finally, thanks to the GTAV source leak, I can port starfield to GTA5 engine, and then call it a remaster.
I personally think Horizon Forbidden West was at least as good as the first one, it just felt a bit more fleshed out, which makes sense because the first one was pretty well received, so they probably had more time and resources for it. The second game just lacked that new wow factor. But hey they also maybe should consider not launching together with an Eldenring or Zeld, just a thought.😅

The Starfield Reviews are so crazy... I enjoyed my time with it, but it wasn't that bad...
05:13 I know you hate that but there is a mod that fixes that lol. It's named "High FPS Physics Fix" for anyone wondering. Honestly I disagree a lot with Brett's tech opinions but his gaming opinions are based aside from anything related to god of war ragnarok being nice I didn't play the dlc can't bother with it but that game was just we don't want to make gow anymore so we don't care here you go get a mediocre mixed rushed sequel.

I just understand the narrative behind the Starfield reviews. Personally I’ve never enjoyed Bethesda games, but the initial impressions and reviews of the game were insanely positive.
I remember outlets and individuals alike universally praising Bethesda, that “They did it!”, met and exceeded the impossible hype. IGN got blasted because they gave it a modest 7 - the only outlet not absolutely singing its praise.
Then, all of a sudden, the game was trash? What happened?
Aside from traversal take a slight adjustment to get used to the quests and lore of the game are phenomenal for the genre. The AI can be a little daft sometimes but no more than in any other game. Recently ive had worse experiences with Enemy AI in Cyberpunk. The only thing i can think of that would be case to complain is how different exploration is compared to elder scrolls and fallout. But at one point they were saying Starfield was going to feel like Starfield. Not elder scrolls not fallout. But its own thing. Idk might just be because im a life long bethesda fan but i adore Starfield.
Its because negative controversy gets attention. Every gaming media outlet and youtube channel cant stop talking about Starfield being bad even though the game came out 3 months ago. Dead games are not normally talked about.
People such as playstation hardcore fanboys and bethesda haters are review bombing it, there's literally reviews such as single liners "I'm doing my part" etc. However, Steam released its official stats meaning no questioning the stats because they're from a third-party. So for 2023, it is:
- in the the top 11 games measured by gross revenue (Top sellers):
- in the top 9's most played
- and in the top 11 most played games in the Steam Deck measured by Daily Active Players.
Also keep in mind this is excluding the stats from gamepass.

Of course they want to ruin the og god of war games now, people ate up the "maturity" of modern god of war they see more $$$ when in reality the first one should have been raising flags and the second one should have flopped. More sweet money for sweet baby inc. I suppose, can't blame them more than the people that eat that literal shit up at this point. The og games were good and had more actual mature moments in them despite being far and few; those few moments were ocean deep compared to the piss puddles of the "MaTuReD" era of kratos.

Starfield was definitely not trash it's empty but not trash it was a a very good game and is going to get better.
Fare Baldur's gate was an absolute banger this year but let's compare starfield to cyberpunk launch states starfield dumps all over cyberpunk
CP at least had a solid foundation on which to build. Starfield is just meh on all of it's parts. It can improve, but it will never be great.
@@Kasper0822 I think you underestimate how incredible the modding community actually is.
Edit: Just to really put it in perspective, Morrowind has been out for 22 years, it has just over 11k mods available for it on Nexus, Skyrim has been out for 12 years, over 60k mods available for it on Nexus, Starfield, out for 4 months, over 6.4k mods available for it and there isn't even official tools for mod support. Give it a year after the CK gets released, and you will have near full StarWars and Star Trek overhauls of the game, not to mention the Alien, Predator, and other awesome scifi franchises that will inevitably be made for it.
@@matilija I think you overestimate people’s interest in a crappy game. Besides, isn’t it Bethesda’s job to make a game that doesn’t suck?
Edit: I have been modding Bethesda games since Oblivion. Best mods added some item variety, made NPC's look less ugly, better menus and other minor things that didn't drastically change the game. When i tinkered more then i spent more time fixing the mod compatability than actually playing it, I'm not interested in that anymore.
I looked at the most popular mods on nexus. Some outfits, a lot of sexy outfits, porn menu backrounds and more sexy outfits. I'm sure the game would be great with those now..
@@Kasper0822 I'm not disagreeing that BGS should do better, but I do disagree that the game is crap, it's not great, but it's not the worst game to ever come out, and it's far better than FO76 was at launch, and that game is actually pretty decent now.
And BGS games attract modders purely because of the tools that BGS provides for them, and that pretty much guarantees that the game will continue to receive mods over the coming years.
Let's be honest, the last BGS game anyone bought with the hope of something great out of the box was FO4, and even by then, a lot of people bought it purely for the promise of mod support.

Is it just me or does it seem that there is a lot of creatively bankrupt people running the whole of entertainment these days. I mean remakes and reimagining's everywhere and a lot of the original stuff is just bland and lifeless......kind of like Starfield.

if youer not 500+ hours in starfield then ya have no right to say it isint good im at 600 hours in and love it its my top 5 most hours in a game and iv got over 250 games fallout 4 iv got 5600 hours
