Hey Jamil! Thank you for the content you consistantly put out, very much appreciated sir!! So, the 70% rule is 70% of ARV (no repair costs) and that is our offer price to the seller and once we lock up the property that price is what we offer the property to our buyer, ?correct? how much then is our wholesale fee as wholesalers??

If I’m only doing 70% and that’s my offer price how am I the wholesaler gunna make money and how is the flipper going to make money. For example. If a property ARV was 100,000 and it needed 30,000 in repairs and I offer 70% which is 70,000 how is the flipper going to make money and how is the wholesaler going to make money? Who would take that number?
