It’s sad I truly don’t think many people understand this. Joe Dispenza is the man. The hardest part is to be conscious of when you are emitting triangles into the universe, so you can change your state. You get to live every day from the perspective of what energy you are emitting and it’s like a game to see what you receive!

I would love to see a video about comping & ARV using Privy like I'm in 4th grade. I'm ready to wholesale soon, but for some reason I can't wrap my head around the details of comping & ARV. I understand the basics & what each means, but when it comes to looking at properties on these software's & how you guys calculate everything. It's just so confusing. It's like my mind just goes blank & I get overwhelmed. To me it's just numbers all over the place, properties all over the place, too many software's to keep up with etc. Idk why, but I'm really struggling with this. It sucks because I'm ready to set up my wholesale business but I really want to master comping & ARV 1st. It's so stressful no matter who explains it or how many videos I watch. I feel like there is no step by step guide of what to do in order. It's just all over the place for me. Am I the only person that can't figure this stuff out? Like what do I even comp exactly? If I have a distressed property with a motivated seller, what now? There's just so many pieces to everything. Thanks for the video guys.
