Nice to hear there were still positive things happening in the midst of the post-show nonsense
I was at that second vidcon! The meet and greet line was so long but so worth it!!! I still have my poster you all signed, I think most cast members were present (I'd check but its currently in storage). Was very surreal when Wes complimented me on my blue eyes, in my head i was freaking out a little like "me? Wes think I have super blue eyes?!!? Mr. shoulders?!?!?!" haha!
I definitely went to at least one LBD panel at LeakyCon Portland, and it was super great! Also, you and Julia and maybe Laura and Mary Kate were in the hotel lobby (probably waiting to leave) right as my friends and I were checking out and waiting to leave, and I came over and said hi and told you how much I liked the show, and then I felt so awkward and wanted to die. But you were all super sweet, and the awkwardness was all on me. Haha.
Yay! I finally was on right when the episode got posted. I'm glad they paid to fly you guys out, stay and fed you even though you weren't paid to go.
Im hoping they at least got to fly in the section that is located at the pointy end of the plane... but I feel like that would have been mentioned if it happened. So, guessing EconomyMinus it was.... :(
A free flight is a free flight and I'm guessing it wasn't a very long flight.
Thanks for finding and putting in that little clip of the signing - that really helped illustrate the size (and noise!) of the crowds! Must've been so awesome to see so many people enthusiastic about a show you'd made! 😊

Pretty sure I might have stayed in that same Motel type place around the corner in Vidcon 2014 that you described having to stay at in 2013!
I definitely went to the signing right at the end as the queue was far too huge otherwise but don't remember being able to make it to the panel. Still have the card pack I got everyone to sign somewhere as it was in the convention pack and having people choose a card seemed a better idea than just a piece of paper.
I remember signing a playing card!
I forgot if they did a separate kickstarter for Emma 🤔. Or they used the 400k to produce Emma?
Neither. The EA budget came from DECA.
I'm not sure how much you know, but I'd also be tremendously curious to hear what you can share about the end of Pemberley Digital productions? I watched Frankenstein MD and Emma Approved (and the revival), but I was a little surprised when they seemingly stopped making content without any communication.
Edit: in fact I just checked and a lot of stuff appears to have been taken down off their channel.
What's been taken down?

Huh. I know some things that will come up in future episodes. I have a guess about Frankenstein, but I’ll see what I can find out.

I’m assuming that people watching this series are fans of LBD (possibly an understatement, but I think it’s a safe assumption!). Those who have the ability, let’s see if we can partially right the wrong of the low low low pay that the actors got. Ashley has a patreon, Mary Kate has a patreon, anyone else have one? You can pledge and then cancel once you’ve been charged to do a one-time pledge, which is what I plan to do (can’t do more subscriptions right now).
