    Watching part 1 of this series, unpacking of some of the parts. Love how the work plan takes all the mods into consideration as well as fitting the monster engine. Great work, really impressed.

    I've been watching all your mx5 videos as I've inherited a mk1 that's going to need a lot of work. A long term labour of love project. Somewhere in the distant future, perhaps there'll be a Rocketeer conversion too. Thanks for all the great info you're putting out for those of use novices attempting to bring cars back to life.

    nice one, but why not just take all suspension, subframe, engine/gear out as a whole unit, thats how i did mine ;)

    • @yorkshirecarrestoration
      @yorkshirecarrestoration  Před 2 lety +3

      You can yes but sometimes the sway bolts tend to seize so its sometimes easier when they subframe is secured to something and not on the floor :) there are a lot of ways of approaching it just as long as the final goal is the same :)

    An evil video putting such thoughts in the heads of innocent MX5 owners...!
