Great content! Issues like this are overlooked Electrical content channels and the industry as a whole. Huge emphasis and effort is put into informing workers regarding the correct use and reasons for providing and using PPE. I think this issue should be included in manual handling courses, along with other issues I.e shoulder injury and vibration white finger to name a couple. I have experience of this recently working with an Electrician who is an ex miner. 58 and just gone through a second knee and knee cap replacement. Have a look at this procedure online, he showed us before his first operation. I guarantee it will make you think twice about how you kneel, and as Jamie was saying not kneeling at all if you can avoid it. Fortunately my work mate is in a position where he could retire, other people aren't so lucky and will have to either struggle through in pain until retirement, or bit the bullet and have the operation, this then basically ends your career as once done you can never kneel again and will have reduced mobility in this joint.
Keep up the great content Jamie and listening to your viewers, bang on mate!

But it's fun as fook! Off road mountain biking is the same but life with no risk or adventure is boring, trick is not getting injured doing something that's a means to an end is the point I'd take away from this.

Just poneyed up for some pads 70 quid. A top quality work bench. I have just gone back on tools with current lot at my request. Sitting all day management tasks plus driving ended up stopped and 1 stone heavier

Amazon collapsible seats best £12 I spent, plus wifes old memory pillow in a bag for emergencies.
Harry spot on, I learnt my lesson at 16 when Nino 20 isolated from local board, proved dead, but initial Isolation coincided with main board rcd trip, it was a big house with a few sparks on site, main rcd reset, Nino: wrong circuit isolated, no double check and he got a packet L-N.

I've had one of those stoops for a couple of years. I can't really kneel as had both knees operated on. Cheers
