I was always hoping for a scary horror-themed episode where the main plotline revolves around a horror-centric idea of Barry avoiding/running away from Black Flash. Not sure how the details would work, but I could see a thrilling episode deriving from Black Flash's potential return.

That sounds cool, I want that to happen to and it actually kinda happens in a Rebirth (latest comic book run of The Flash) issue, where there are these other forces like the (spoilers ig? ha) slow force which Turtle now uses, and Black Flash was going after all of them cause they were damaging the speed force, so if the main showrunner said they're gonna do stuff from the current series so kids who are reading it can enjoy seeing stuff that happens in it on the show, maybe if it happens again then we might get to see it!
Gothic Horror is a lot more focused on Drama and Romance than being scary though, so a Gothic theme might not fit what you envisioned, Gothic Horror is things like Dracula, Crimson Peak, Let The Right One In, Haunting of Bly Manor, Phantom of the Opera, Interview With The Vampire,etc. It's like Romance tinted with Horror.

The Black Flash is a manifestation of the Speedforce and Death itself he’s immortal and uses Speedsters apparently as Vessels.
I feel like the speed force uses zoom to not only punish him for being evil and taking care of speedsters who think they're too big for the timeline and wants screw everything up

Here is a potential video idea: Why is Barry able to travel back in time to events that he participated in, but the Legends say that this a the one the worst time travel mistakes you can make, and the one time the legends did it, they almost destroyed time? Barry and the Legends are of the same universe, so wouldn't they have to follow the same rules of time travel? There are so many different Barrys in his house the night his mother died
I think it's the same rules, but the speed force may allow a speedster to be in the same place at the same time, think of it like a time remnant and plus the flash we watch is not even the origanal timeline. Flash was created in 2020 when Dr Wells and his wife created a
Particle accelerater which works but release a wave of dark matter creating the flash in 2020 but this changed reality is the flash we know. My point is since its a different timeline already maybe the rules are different. Also also, time only messes with u if u don't know what ur doing, that's y thawne didn't get hunted by a time wraith during season 1, he knew what he was doing, so does Barry when he Goes back to the same place he participated in. But the legends didn't know what they were doing so time messed with them. I think that should summerise the awnser to your question
I feel like when you abuse the Speed Force extremely hard, the maximum punishment is being turned into the Black Flash.
Zoom got turned because has abused time travel, stole/attempted to steal speed from other speedsters and tried to conquer Earth-1 with his army of metas. He deserved what he got.

He was turned into the Black Flash because of trying to destroy almost every world in the Multiverse save for Earth 1.

When Barry and Nora time traveled, the time wraith caught a version of zoom so maybe that version of zoom might come back as black flash

My favorite Speedster! I really wish there was a season DEDICATED to Black Flash VS Flash. But it would be more of a horror themed season were they the have the guts to show kills deaths and some really good kills showing blood and the violence and make Black Flash as brutal as he was in the comics. But maybe I'm asking for to much as I don't think CW would use gore and violence. But it would be cool to show a season actually dedicated Black Flash VS Flash. Good video!

Let’s not forget that black flash wasn’t around in the original timeline for Thawne before he killed Barry’s mom when he was in season 2 of LoT. He said he didn’t know what that “thing” (Black Flash/Zoom) was. But Barry/Savitar already knew cuz at that point in the new timeline (the one where Eddie dies = no more RF). Because it was Barry/Savitar that had Zoom turned into Black Flash. So Yes Barry/Savitar might know how to handle Black Flash/Zoom in a sense but Thawne never knew what he was up until that point.

I think the deal with black flash is that he CAN die, but if he does the speed force just gets an earlier version of him and keeps going, since black flash does a lot of time traveling anyway

Oh absolutely, I would have loved to see Nora unleash Black Flash during that forces Season, especially because red lightning is associated with The Negative Speed Force now, and the lightning could be something interesting for the writers to think about(it is brave of us to assume the writers are thinking though 😳)

In Flash 5x8, the speed force didn’t send the Black Flash after Barry & Nora because Killer Frost already frozen him before they arrived in the forest. So a Time Wraith was the only being left to send. Black Flash can’t die because he is the manifestation of death itself

Yeah I’ve always seen it like that, because we never see a Time Wraith go to a time where one already exists, meaning Black Flash simply couldn’t follow them there(or to the time where Zoom exists for obvious reasons/when they get Thawne’s help *again* cause a wraith is already there)

What if the speed force dying means hunter is free again? He wouldn't just die. Also he can't die because he is forced to hunt down speedster, the speedforce won't let him die until he pays for what he did.

I like some of the changes they made in the show, but why was earth 2 basically like earth 3 but with a few minor differences. Also, I loved Zoom (Hunter Zolomon), but he should’ve been saved for Wally since that’s his Reverse Flash in the comics.
Could also be time remnants that allow it to continue to exist after being destroyed.

Your summary of "The speedforce only sends black flash after speedsters that have royally F**ked up" was close enough to be correct but to be more precise with what happened in the scene you were discussing...
...Barry and Nora were taking the items that were of no large significance to the timeline as they were no longer relevant to any major breakthroughs with how the timeline changes, hence why they chose the specific times and dates in the episode. Meaning it's more likely the only reason the time wraith showed up was to snatch Zoom and restore his point in the timeline as it was fine with their plan.

Flaw in the fact ice can hit flash, 1. If he can be quick to catch two things at the same time with no effort or fks given, he could have seen, or at least sensed the vibrational force of colds hands moving up, and jolted out of the way in time so no, I do not think he is dead I do think however , that ( and I’m assuming , ) that he retained most if not ALL of zooms memories , thereby creating a second copy of himself in case he failed to do his job.
I know I may have people comment on this saying how dumb it sounds but considering what we have learned, seen, and dealt with in the show , it’s not to far from reality

I HAVE ONE QUESTION in season one when the villin with the lightning powers is attacking star labs trying to kill wells he says that he doesnt know the names of the people he killed then wells goes on to say some names including ralph dibney whenever barry changes the timeline his memories dont like get updated/changed woth the timeline then when ralph shows up in the show and barry knows about him and remembers him and knew he was and is alive so how did barry know about ralph like evn if he knew stuff about ralph before he died because of the partical acellerator barry wpuld have though ohh well hes dead but when he hears about him he acts as if he had always been alive so also what brought him back to life?????????
Time wraiths defend the speedforce and the timeline. After it found out about eobard, it needed something faster. Its just a time wraith who can manipulate the Speed Force to hunt down what a normal TW cant catch. Determined to not stop.

Last we see of him, he was frozen & destroyed by Killer Frost when Savitar was having the portal to spread himself across time through; opened. Pretty sure thats a definitive end for Hunter in that role. But its just that, a role. One which can be held by any number of Speedsters. So anytime they can give the mantle to a different speedster to replace Zolomon as Black Flash. As to why it hasn't happened yet? Maybe because theyre focused on other antagonists or maybe because they cant find a way to bring in a new one stronger than Zolomon's so as to justify bringing the character back. Or maybe its because the story hasnt gotten to a place where itd make sense to do so or wont as the Strength Force is coming into play & it wouldn't make sense to have Barry limit himself like that.
Edit: Pertaining to the 1st "death" of the Black Flash: One can argue that given they were in the Speedforce, he was just reabsorbed.
And pertaining to Thawne in LoT v Black Flash: Eobard said the Speedforce sends those after Speedsters who dont know what theyre doin & he knew what hes doin; when he was explaining how he knew the S2 Barry wasn't the one from then. So its able to be argued that up till then, Eobard didnt time travel knowing too little bout how to make things work out (in terms of as far as the Speedforce was concerned). And goin after parts of a long hidden throughout time, ancient & practically mythological relic with that much power would definitely qualify him for bein chased by the Black Flash but he wouldn't have necessarily encountered either of the Black Flash or time wraiths before.

I love that he is just relying on that the speedforce died and that he will always be using the artificial and then they just destroy and get back the normal speedforce so all the potential new powers are gone in a matter of minutes
I think he still has the super speed thinking but it’s just toned down so it doesn’t cause him to lose his emotions anymore, because he managed to trick a meta with the ability to predict peoples moves by changing his mind during flashtime and taking her team out one by one
Hey so i've been rewatching season 1 of the flash, and I just realized that the first time Barry travelled back in time (when trying to stop the Tsunami, in s1 episode 15 and 16) there was only 1 flash/Barry. While in other episodes when he goes back in time, it results in their being multiple versions of him in one time line, (the past one and the present one that travelled back) But in this episode, we only see one of him when he goes back, the one that travelled back, and there isn't any confusion or drama with their being 2 Barry's in one timeline. I was just wondering why this is, and why other times he travels back there are always 2 versions of himself. Is it because he somehow merged into himself or something??? Or jump into his past body??? Or does it have something to do with the fact he saw what was thought to be a speed mirage of himself at the start of the episode??? I genuinely have no clue, and can't figure it out on my own, and all I can come up with are these insane theories, so please could you make a video about this xD. Thankssss
The first time it was kinda time remnant but other seasons they are going into speed force and then travel back in time in the first season reverse flash explains it while flash is running in speed force

I take it that you've watched season 6 where the speed force dies. Hunter is now the speed force's personnel lap dog.
the continuity of the arrowverse shows changing from season to season that includes the flash even if the black flash starts return in some form or another something new will also come to change the landscape of the show.
Even though the black flash was killed at the end of season 3 , because he comes from within the speed force , out side of space and time ,
This means that a younger version of the black flash could have still been out there somewhere in time chasing down other speedsters despite its death from killer frost.
Just because it died then doesn’t mean that it didn’t exist elsewhere in time …
+ on the 100th episode when Nora and Barry get close to a time wraith , remember she can rewind time which helped them both escape that time wraith .
Since the speedforce is destroyed its basically a empty dimension and black flash is probably just sitting there doing nothing.

Yea I'm pretty sure black flash can't die as long as the speed force is around but then the speed force was destroyed after criss which made me think this time the black flash was actually dead and that's what led to Barry trying to make his own Artificial speed force Like how thawn did for himself with his negative speed force but now it's all even more confusing because in the recent episode we see speed force Nora Allen come back which was weird because last we saw the speed force/Nora Allen she or it was dying because of the Specter/ Oliver Tampering with it to make Barry go faster so idk what's up with that so who knows I don't know if they will explain if the speed force was actually dying or not because the whole point of this current season was Barry making his own Artificial speed force because the real one was gone now all that gets thrown out the window in the latest/current episode because we see Nora Allen/the speedforce literally come back when they made it clear that flash only had a Limited amount of speed left because the speed force was gone and that's what leads team flash to try and make a Artificial speed force with Inspiration and help of thawne thanks to Barry's daughter so I really hope they explain a bit more as too why the speedforce/Nora Allen is still here and maybe a bit more if the black flash is ever going to appear again because like I said the black flash is basically immortal so long as the speedforce is exist so yeah it is really confusing so I do hope they explain all this
If you think about it,you can't bend time,because it's the future and the past and present,it knows how everything happens,so when Barry runs and created a wormhole back in time he's not changing time,it's literally according to time because time knows when he's gonna try it,it's not like everytime something happens in time it's different and randomly generated,even if it is time should know when he's attempting to go,this always confused me since he's not just going back in time instantaneously and doesn't have a connection to time,dudes going according to time,if the speed force didn't like it then reverse flash and the flash would just die immediately the moment they try it

i think that black flash is back ... there is a hint at S5 where zoom gets caught by a time protector when he chased barry and nora that means if that was a time remnant which is obvious otherwise it would change the future if it was the original zoom then it could be that this remnant is Black Flash
