riot confirmed it's a damage REDUCTION not damage NEGATION. So like a Yi W, it channels and reduces incoming damage, Fiora W literally stops all incoming damage and cc completely
And it looks like she can't move while casting this ability, I think that it won't be that hard to dodge it.
Not to mention the possible attack speed reduction, movement speed redeuction and stun..

Except it looks like Irelia's dashes will do more than 200 damage at level 18.
Just in my opinion, when irelia hits enemies with her ult, she has no cd on q casting upon them. So, it might be quite different from old fiora's ult

Old tiamat used to stack... it actually worked to build 6 tiamat on twitch, and you could target the tank and it did more damage to the rest of the team.

It is not about Irelia being Ryze... Ryze is a champ that was reworked several times and still, he is not completely done yet from what i know.

So basically,
Q: dash to target, if target is marked irelia can dash 2 times (?) also dying minions refreshes cooldown.
W: first use block all projectiles, second use skill shot the more damage blocked the more damage dealt
E: uses two blades to form a line and enemies got hit will be rooted and given a mark (for Q dash)
R: tons of blades mark all enemies who got hit and then Q dash like crazy.
Just taking a guess don’t flame if it turns out to be something completely different lol

It looks like something very similar to yasuo cause it doesn't look like she has a limit to how many she can do compared with her current Q
NegativeNanase her current q has no limit. It's the same ability; reset the cooldown on target kill. She killed the minions, so she reset the cooldown, just like she can do with her current q.
It makes sense she makes that double dagger line anyone marked by that or her triangle blade ultimate gets marked and whoever’s marked can be dashed twice by the gold indicator then they can be dashed again when it’s silver I’m guessing it still works normally on minions with the reset too
