Some clarity:
I know the owner, and he didn't say anything about Barras, only the passenger did.
Thats a very quick XR6 to be going against this RS3 like that.
The mods in the RS3 is an E85 tune, intercooler and downpipe. Everything else is stock, stock turbo, stock exhaust, mufflers etc..
This was obviously the right conditions to have these cars so closely matched, had this been from a dig, no one is doubting the outcome.
The $100k vs $15k argument is odd, since the rs3 is fast across the board, not just in a roll, and is still a luxury car at the end of the day.
I have nothing against xr6s and they make impressive power on pretty simple mods.

I'm not sure what was to 'excuse', of course the car with the most power won in a roll, my comments were not anti-xr6 at all, just to clarify that the driver wasn't saying anything.
I'm a big fan of barra's, I'm a big fan of RS3s. It's childish to care deeply about which platform is better, they each have their pros and cons.

Shackleton Shacko - it does - just four wheel ones. It doesn’t produce copious amounts of smoke though if that’s your thing. But I’d rather do 0-100 in the early 3’s on street tyres on the street and watch others burn through their tyres. Each to their own.
bush turkey - well my $450 chip and $90 2nd hand air filter, on 4 x $110 Chinese tyres is consistently enough to burn supercharged and cammed HSVs off from the lights with 1-3 car lengths depending on how crappy their tyres are. Pretty cheap way to have a quick car. If I had a newer Facelift model with bigger factory turbo, the gain would be even bigger.

The RS3 is worked too. Plus the falcon was on stockies that had been skidded for laps and had no grip left on them. The falcon also had 3 people in the back seat. Not to mention the audi has AWD and weighs a lot less and costs 5 times more than the falcon.

I wouldn’t call that chopped hard. The f6 barley pulled away in the end. If the rs3 got the jump I doubt the f6 would reel him in before 200km/h.
F6T /XR6 from factory are way too low geared; you'll pull 250kmh+, but it takes a lot of Km's to do it
The f6 had a car full of people with skid tyres compared to the rs3 awd and set up for the track...

TopHatGuy Tyrone so you can keep it in one gear? Idk how a sequential shifter works or what it is? Is it like a cvt, my Nissan has one but I can’t get it to stay in one gear, always upshifts when I’m near redline

@@yasirumanatunga6890 a sequential shifter for the zf tranns in a falcon basically turns it into a manual where you click the shifter down to upshift and up to downshift. We haven't hit redline in our car so idk if it will eventually upshift. It shouldn't

All induction Bolton parts except intake manafold, about 15k an it will be 600rwhp
800rwhp for about 30k 1000hp for 40k to 1300 for 60k, depends there are so many options
Xr6 T with an exhaust pretty much chops anything lol, I miss my xr6t, but the transcooler went and we all know what happens to the fluids and where it goes lol
Lol just an exhaust would mean barely any power increase so basically a stock xr6t...
@@raynman6466 all the XR6T will over boost if you change out the exhaust, with the increased flow the car has to be retuned, ahaha i was advised against changing mine without getting it tuned

@@raynman6466 always liked them, they're a lazy mans car to make easy power from, mine was still a 4 speed BA falcon, 42lb injectors, 255bosch fuel pump, 2nd hand exhaust that was 3.5in dump and twin 2 1/2in, made 344rwhp on a factory intercooler which heavily restricts the flow, i had the personal plates EGOKILLR as well haha, no one would race me because my turbo made a loud whistle and people would back off lol
