- Today we're collabing with the accomplished and very amazing, Iva. She is the host of the CZcams channel/show, "Art Side of Life" which does interviews with many professional and well known artists.
Today we're doing a collaboration inspired by The Day of the Dead, or Dia de los Muertos. The people we're drawing are wearing Sugarskull inspired makeup. :)

Despite some of the stress of nailing down what the collab should be, I think the end result came out great! :D It's neat that ya'll tacked on a limited palette too. I really love how you colored the roses. I think that was a great use of your limited options. I'd be curious to see a second version without the limitation, as you mentioned, in the future :D
What I like the best about this piece has to be the roses.
I love the esthetic of the sugar skull make up! The hair looks fantastic as well!

The day of the dead, what a favorable theme. It is everything and more than a normal day, it's honorable, a focus on the dead instead of the living. A mixture of both actually. As for the painting, well jeez I don't have the cash on me right now but it's worth the loan nonetheless. Bravo!

The drawing is amazing, you used the colors good, but maybe you should have blended to faces color a bit more, but overall great
Do you mean the white facepaint into the skin tone? *strokes imaginary beard* I thought I blended that too much! LOL :>
