You will see that in some tutorials it says that the version is RBDLab 1.5, and in others RBDLab 1.5 Metalsoft. They are the same version, only that some tutorials were made with the version still under development.
Hi, amazing explanation as always! I was wondering if it's possible to append a physics setup created with rbd lab and still have the settings and groups inside the addon tab. Does the addon make out the collections by their name? So could I just append the RBDlab collection like any other and the addon would interpret the structure? When working with complex projects, it's useful to create a simulations in a copy of the file first and then add it later, so I'm curious if I could do that without the addon breaking.

In the video it suggests that when you press bake that it is instantaneous. If you have a lot of chunks go out for the day/ weekend. Just saying 🙂
do you have to bake the particles with the "bake particle" section or not?
