The information in this video is a cast. Cheap is not better. American pride in what we do makes better products. Bring manufacturing back to America. I believe in America. Thanks guys for standing up. KS&P. Dean Moore

A good lesson about being in business, make products for people that have money and lots of it.

He is speaking 100% truth. 16yrs running a 110" wide rolling mill. It was bought used in the late 40s from a steel mill and we have retrofitted it ever since. It's a little over 3 stories tall. 4 legs and cross over at the top like an archway. They have said ever since I hired in that if it were to ever break a leg on it that another can never be made. Sounds crazy, in the car world if someone put it together then we should be able to rebuild it a 2nd time. But they say there just isn't a place left that can do big enough castings to replace what we have. We have sold our older stuff to smaller companies because that's just all you can do. I don't know but id bet money it the same in the machinist world that lathe that's 150yrs old made of all cast and weights 30ton is better than anything you can buy today to replace it short of new CNC machines that cant handle the size

We can out innovate everyone if we put our best efforts into it. Then we need to work on marketing it. Even if you can make it all the way from a good idea all the way it to actual production parts. Thats just the first half of the battle. Four solid products in its still pita getting the word out.
Thanks Tim for helping get the word out.

I'm a start up, and I'm making as much as I can here in the U.S., but it is very hard finding U.S. manufacturing that is cost competitive, where you can charge just a little more than a product made overseas. After almost two years, I am finally finding some partners that are cost competitive where you can charge a reasonable price. It's hard to find though, but it's possible, you just have to look hard.

I'd have much rather seen him actually go through the wheel modifying process.

I travel through Cincinnati at times for training and it is riddled with abandoned factories that used to strive 40 years ago, building machinists tools, problem is, we’ve ran ourselves out of our own country with taxes we’ve put on these factories and pollution standards they have to take in consideration. Then we wonder why we’re in debt. It’s crazy.

Hopefully the covid outbreak will bring back manufacturing. They broke the unions, people make less and cant afford nice stuff so they get what they can afford. All they can afford is chinese goods and Americans are taught from birth that consuming and money are more important than family and community. The govt can put all the tariffs they want but it's up to the individual to buy American. It's a huge problem

Talk is great action is better. Are you willing to do something about it. Simply buying USA made stuff ain't gonna fix it.
