Whoever installed these extensions should be fired. Why do they already look so dull and flat, it’s not even blended well at all. Idk but your old extensions always looked good. Short hair looks the best!

I feel like clip in extensions would be your vibe. That way you can shower/sauna/workout and not have to worry about them but when you go out you could just put them in
