Emma my hair was just like yours was in high school, up until I was 20 & then in college my hair just wasn’t as thick & as shiny as it used to be. Over time our bodies produce less collagen & keratin & I’m convinced that’s why my hair doesn’t look like it used to even six years ago. That’s most likely the case for you too. I’ve been taking nutrafol for seven months & my hair is definitely thicker. I definitely recommend that for you too

Pantene is so underrated!!! I recently switched back to it because Olaplex made my hair fall out and made it so dry and thin. Ive always had long hair but it’s at its healthiest right now using Pantene for shampoo and conditioner and Ouai and Briogeo for leave ins and mask treatments.

I like to interchange my Oribe and L’Oreal. I love the L’Oreal Ever Pure Bond Repair Shampoo/Conditioner. It works just like my Redken Acidic Bonding trio for a quarter of the price. Long story short, my hair thrives on product variety.

My hair is the best it’s been using drug store shampoos etc. I was like you, I would buy the best of the best and yet my hair was so bad! (I don’t think yours looks bad at all though) but my theory is that the expensive brands ruin your hair so you keep feeling like you have to buy more products to “fix” it.

I think olaplex is bad for people! I could be wrong.
If you use it correctly, it isn't bad for you. However, overuse or incorrect use of their products can cause hair damage. It's meant for damaged hair and if your hair isn't it might over correct basically and end up ruining it ultimately. It's like protein masks for your hair- too much will damage it.
In this one video u talked about how u didnt wanna use brands like olaplex anymore because it ruins ur hair but then u have olaplex sponsor ur bach😭😭 please
