    Those anti bloat products are gimmicks. Bloat is caused by the foods we eat. Gluten, sugar. If you want to avoid bloat, don't eat those things.😅😊

    Emma I hope you see this… I has the same exact scary experience as you have had. After getting a biopsy, It turned out to be a Fibroadenoma, which I assume is what you may have. I know how scary it can be I am 24! I’m convinced it’s from my birth control and I’m now getting off of it because I feel like it’s doing such a number on my body.

    Thank you for the reminder about keeping up with health appointments at the doctors for routine testing and monitoring. Happy you got a clean bill of health ❤ also, I found adding a little olive oil works well with melting chocolate 🍫 maybe butter has a richer taste though, I’ll have to try it
