I love how conscious and real you are about prices of certain ingredients and avoiding over consumption for things like a table setting. All for using what you have access to. Think it makes this series that much more relatable. ❤ Excited to see it all come together!

It was so creamy and spicy, a really great pasta dish
I couldn’t find Guanciale and Italian sausage for the life of me, so I used pork belly and another type of sausage (« saucisse de montbéliard » for my fellow French mates, I added spicy paprika)
Will definitely do it again!

Ilu girly! Just wanted to say that for some of us kitchen dummies there’s no such thing as over-explaining. Why are we blanching the basil and parsley? Why are we putting oil on top of the pesto? Etc etc. I want to know it allllllllll! Also if you bang the metal lid of the jar on the counter it helps pop the seal and you can open it easily! Love this series so much xx

Heyyyy! I have a trick for the stuck shut can. You could try taking a butter knife, and hitting the edge of the can’s lid with the knife’s handle hard enough to cause a dent. Do that at least four times moving around the lid, and then try opening it!! It has NEVER failed me. It loosens the seal of the lid from the jar. ❤
Okay so LOVE to see the kitchen content because you are the queen. BUT, would a sneaky makeup tutorial ever happen? You basically are always glowing, and I would love to know the products you use and love.❤

Girl just stick the tip of a spoon right at the edge of the jar lid where it meets the glass rim and push up to break the seal. The jar will open right up.

In my experience, the bread just goes hard and stale, even a few hours before the event. I've tried covering it too. Any other suggestions? :)
I absolutely LOVE your videos. Quick question: do you feel like the pesto needs acidity? I usually add lemon, but I also have never tried adding pecorino, which does have the tangyness that maybe I miss from the lemon when I don't add it. Thanks so much for such sick ass content 🙂

This party series is so much fun to watch, real and entertaining! Maybe you already know this, but as an italian I feel compelled to tell you that "zozzona" can be translated as "dirty/filthy", in this case it's used as the sauce is kind of a dirty mix of all the different roman dishes - but I love to see your take on recipes I know!
Just a question: when drizzling olive oil on the pesto, is there a reason why you pour it on the back of the spoon and let it slide?
