I love how you got a minute to think about your life decisions
the ride really said :
“Haha, you fool. You must suffer the consequences of your actions!”
If you ever want to stop the ride on the lift hill
Pull out your phone
Right 🥰
That build up anticipation is what scares me.
Lol
As someone who's a bit uncomfortable with heights the slow climb up to the top of this roller coaster was a nightmare but once it gets to the top and takes off it is brilliant..
For real- honestly my least favorite part of roller coasters is my least favorite, because of the suspense. Otherwise I believe they are amazing LOL
im the opposite. i don’t mind heights. i would take it to the top and get off rather than do the drop! i hate that part the dropping to me it’s terrifying!

Might I say that the conversation between these two people before they reach the top is amusing.

I have never seen a steel roller coaster before that has a catwalk beside the track the entire way around before.
Really that is strange then. I found this channel a few months ago and have watched almost every video they have and for a steel it is rare.
Justin Reynolds It's one of the reasons why Steel Dragon was so much more expensive compared to other similar coasters. They required a catwalk across the entire ride due to being in an Earthquake zone.
Oh wow never knew that. I have rode many roller coasters and that was the first steel one that I noticed like that. Thanks for the info.
+Justin Reynolds not the reason, it's because all or at least almost most are required to have a catwalk all around the ride in japan
Justin Reynolds Most of the coasters in Japan have them. It's usually required to meet government safety guidelines. There are only a few exceptions that don't have them.
Someone forgot to uncheck the catwalk option.
Ikr. To this day I'm still confused as to why Japanese rollercoasters have catwalks along the WHOLE ride.
Vee I think it’s because Japan lies in an earthquake zone and building codes require a continuous catwalk so people can be easily evacuated
CycloneChilli yes that is true about the earthquakes at least
But I agree with you
Is that a Planet Coaster reference?
Vee its easier to repaint and stuff, its just more practical

I love how there are 2 chain lifts. Morgan was like “no no, we need two of them. No! Not one super long one! I said two!”
Absolutely stunning they made this lol. Shout out to all the people who worked on it.
Apparently its because the weight of the chain would be too much if there was only one!
My guess is, they wanted to have two trains on the lift hill at the same time because it's so slow, and they wanted the ride to be higher capacity.
It was a good idea by Morgan to have two lift systems. It also can give two block zones on the lift hill @@ostenvind
I know who you are
You know someone is an experienced roller coaster rider when they have a normal conversation on their way to the first drop.

I love this rollercoaster, one of my favorites.
Steel Dragon 2000 is really a great roller coaster. Very successful out and back design with a lot of airtime. And the new trains from B&M run really smoothly over the track. If you're into a lot of airtime, you can't get past Steel Dragon 2000...
Unless ur the average Dutch guy and are too tall to be allowed on this coaster (with its max height of 1.80m) :(
Only problem is it’s extremely forceless, and I’ve gotten way better airtime on every other giga, except 305, but that makes up for it with intensity.
@@NathanHydraWhaaaat, 1,80m??? Damn, I would be pissed if I traveled all the way there only to find out I am a few centimeters too tall to ride...
@@Joel38672 other gigas might have more powerful airtime, but this has the most sustained and the most moments
This ride is fantastic. The day I visited (5 years ago or so) the line was about 20 minutes so we got to enjoy it a couple times. Good park with a couple of good rides, and this one fantastic roller coaster. FujiQ highland is also a nice roller coaster theme park in Japan, although the day I visited that park was much more crowded.
It makes sense that Fuji-Q was more crowded. That's the location of Takabisha, and that ride is LEGENDARY.
I went to this ride yesterday and the wait was 1hour and 30 minutes in the brutal heat with no wifi😭
@@KameWeeb honestly I prefer this to takabisha. Takabisha isn’t even the best at Fuji q, Ejenaika is clear
I just visited japan twice only for this
Best rollercoaster in my life, there is no long wating to take a ride, a whole amusement park was so quiet, there so many rollercoasters and ride things.. also free pass include hot springs was so amazing. After covid 19 i will vist again for sure.

I'm surprised that more people haven't brought up the fact that this is the longest roller coaster in the world.
Damn, Japan has a lot of cool things but this theme park looks absolutely amazing!
Yes! The full lift hill is back in tpr videos.
Noah Steinke Lift hill haters can use their mouse or finger to skip it, but I never will. The hill is the drama before the excitement. Yay lift hills!
Noah Steinke Don't get used to it. I only included this one to show off the height of the ride and the double lift hill chain. I will be removing almost all lift hills in future videos.
Theme Park Review Booooo...I like (and miss) the lift hill sections as well since it's a big adrenaline portion of any coaster/ride. I agree with Noah, let people skip if they don't want to see it but at least give us the option.
+Theme Park Review there are a lot of people who likes full lifts.
+Theme Park Review also if people don't like the whole lift hill thing they can guess the time and skip that part
I think I am enjoying the 60fps videos more than the 4k videos, but loving them all!
I haven’t watched one of these in hot while
I don't usuallly like the 'out and back' type of coaster, but this one looks like a ton of fun.
Looks fun. The noise when the ride starts is hilarious.
Love how noone is talking about how this has 2 chain-lifts. Halfway up the first chainlift ends and switches over to a new one on the left. Really shows how much effort they put into getting you up there as quick as they could and it still takes over a minute. Even modern B&M Gigas still take ~45 seconds. Intamins with their cable-lifts are really the outliers at 20-25 seconds
This is an amazing coaster! Sadly when I went to the park it was closed due to strong winds. Looking forward to go on again in the future though.
Now that's what I call a coaster! Beautiful!
That laugh at 1:33 O_O
probably just nervous
CJ543211 hahahahahaha
I love this channel! I have been subbed for 2 years! This is one of my favourite videos from you!!! Xx
Climbing to the top is like going to the heaven
Omg the climbing up to the first drop lasts forever-
I would cry, scream and probably shit myself-
This looks like fun
The people in the background: this sucks
3 secs later: AHHHHHHHHHHH WOWWWW AHH
2490 meters of greatness
I just put my one year old in a laundry basket and shook it to the direction of the rollercoaster. Thanks for the video, made our day. 👍🏼❤️
Looks ultra-smooth. :D
i have never been on a roller coaster bc there aint any where i live and this really made me feel like i was there! thx
Inversions tend to put me off rollercoasters - this one looks quite fun for their absence.
I like that the end of the lift feels so far away for so long
Those airtime hills at the end 🤤🤤🤤
Viewing this is the quarantine equivalent of going to the amusement park.
Giga-coasters... bizonkers amazing! That giant look like edge of space is what is the most intimidating part of rollercoasters. Theming and shows etc. can't compare to a plain giant coaster. And, yes, it has to be red!
This is a scary damn rollercoaster. My favorite was always Kumba in Busch Gardens Tampa. I went there on opening day April 21st 1993, it was CRAZY. Rode it 4-5 times!
+ThemeParkReview Your videos are so fun. I just think I was in the video itself!
This is the longest Rollercoaster is the world. I can see that. Clean ride
this is just an 60% upsized version of Mamba at World's of Fun in Kansas City Missouri because they are both built by DH Morgan and now serviced by Chance Morgan in Kansas
This beast is on my coaster credit bucket list.
Can 4k only be properly played on a 4k moniter? Like an ultra high def Tv, plus you have to have the best internet connection?
The ending reminds me of magnum xl 200
It's just a larger/longer version of MXL.
this roller coaster is smooth!
Awesome! Thanks!
One of the Greatest videos of all time and guess what I just subbed mate. Thanks. Be safe
How did they mount that camera there? It's so smooth
I prefer these smoother roller coasters over the ones filled with loops and corkscrews. The most enjoyable parts of a roller coaster have always been the drops for me - the loops and corks just make me nauseous and don't really do much for the adrenaline rush lol
Me too
I rode Flight Deck which was my first corkscrew coaster and it made dizzy
This is truly cool!!!!
Everyone else on coaster: arms in the air and screaming woooooh happily.
Me on coaster: holding on for dear life
I went on it a few weeks ago and it was awesome!!!!
I CANT HANDLE THE QUALITY!
*EXPLODES*
Top notch commentary! "I don't like this at all, this sucks *scream*' 🤣
This is the best ride at Nagashima Spaland in my opinion.
Except for how the track itself looks, this looks and feels like an Arrow: the slow lift hill, the bizarre transitions, the large amount of skinny supports rather than a few big ones
One of the founders of arrow had a son who left arrow to make his own company called Morgan so that is why they look so similar
Just imagine how HOT the brake fins are after that break run at the end.....lol
"At least Intimidator 305 gets your ass up there fast, this sucks" Agreed.
From what I've seen and heard I305 seems like it's the real king of Giga coasters, not Millenium Force or Fury 325.
+Sam Williamson I305 is probably the king that coaster is amazing
Sam Williamson I've rode both and I can tell you from experience that Millenium Force is better than I305
Sam Williamson I've rode both and I can tell you from experience that Millenium Force is better than I305
z7Broshi7z Been on both I305 and Fury 325, many times in many different rows on each, I'm a KD local and Fury 325 is the much better coaster in my opinion, I305 is a close second though!
Watching the ride in motion always looks interesting. Everything begins to look computer animated.
I'm curious to know why the train randomly stops right when it leaves the station in the beginning
This looks smooth like glass .... nice
I hope I can ride this someday, I think it is absolutely beautiful
Legends say the track constructor is still climbing down from that lifthill.
tell that to the guy that built kingda ka with his crew
WOW! 307' drop, 95 MPH, and 1 1/2 mile of track.
I would like to have document or cataloge or drawing of this system, someone can help me, please!
The fact that chance rides would still make you one of these beasts today if you asked them to is absolutely bonkers to me
The lift hill chain changes sides!?
my hamster was exited in this video, thanks!
So much straight track
taller and longer version of the magnum xl 200 at cedar point.
watched this high, good vid
At the end of the day, this is basically the same thing as Steel Force and Mamba, the main difference being an additional helix at the back end of the ride.
And Magnum @ CP
I went on this ride just the other day and loved it - by far the best ride in the park. Acrobat was also good, but this was my fave. White Cyclone is good if you like to be shaken to pieces and get a headache.
I'm Just curious, but how did you get this video? I notice the car park is empty and there is nobody in the park - do you get to ride coasters when the park is closed or during testing times pre/post opening? After I visited the park I started looking at coaster videos on youtube and there are tons of videos where some people just take (sneak?) on their camera and hold it during the ride, but at Nagashima Spa Land they go as far as checking people with metal detectors before the ride starts to make sure people aren't carrying stuff that could cause a serious injury if dropped. I don't know if you are just using official park footage, but if not, then it's good to see not everyone is dumb enough to ride a coaster holding a camera... not that I don't appreciate the videos :D
White Cyclone is getting the RMC i box treatment, according to RCDB. It closes in early 2018. I think RMC White Cyclone will be a 2 year build like Mean Streak. That thing will be a slam dunk in Japan in 2020. It has such a promising structure for Schilke to work with, hopefully they increase the angle of ascent to 45 degrees to really let Schilke off the leash.
For the first drop on RMC White Cyclone, I'd like to see a massive barrel roll drop after the small left turn. It'd be like Storm Chaser's on steroids, making it unique in Nagashima Spa Land and Japan.
Andrew Palmer they probably get early access permission, so they can film
Andrew Palmer and they didn’t sneak their camera, it’s a go pro that they got permission to secure on the train to film
One time I went to six flags and I saw the joker moving on its own without anyone on it
My first Channel Yeahhhhh that’s called a test run
"Son of a bitch how far is this thing?"
"10"
"Is it? Nooooooooooo" god dam this made me laugh for no reason ☺️
Nagashima Spa Land did wonders when they replaced the old and uncomfortable Morgan trains with new B&M clamshells. Other amazing coasters such as Skyrush and Superman the ride would become even better if they had these restraints.
1:33 that freaking laugh hahahaha
Move your phone with the ride, it’s super cool, fun and entertaining!!! 😁😁😁
hey these people went to king’s dominion! they reference the intimidator 305 :) that’s my “local” amusement park
You guys must be loaded to go to all these parks!
This is what they do for a living.
+Henry Floyd no it's not. they all have a 'decent-paying' job, and they use that to go to theme parks. they spend all their spare money on trips, so they spend almost nothing on things normal people would do, like going to a restaurant, buying that cool t-shirt they don't need, shopping, etc. they don't nearly make enough money with youtube to pay all this, and they don't film all their footage theirselves. they receive footage from theme parks to promote themselves, etc.
CanadaCoasterFan crap, i knew i forgot something... The website :p
+TheWisconsinGamer I went on that in 2013. I almost fucking died and had a heart attack.
They probably make enough in Ad revenue on CZcams to cover these trips, at least that's according to Social Blade.
TPR is really diggin' this GoPro Hero 4.
Manufacturers: how tall and slow do you want your lifthill?
Park owners: Yes
1:03 " SOB how tall is this thing" lol
On the way back, the drop seems really shallow. But the tunnely moguls look fun as hell.
Put it in VR mode its amazing
Fun Fact: This is the only giga coaster that Morgan ever made.
Amazing
Wow incredible quality :o
+Bungle Dingus 4k= 10000x more loading time
60fps would have benefited this video more.
Is there A copyright on the video? Sorry if you can not understand me, i am from the Netherlands.
Nice!
What's with the two chains on the lifthill?
1:33 at this point I'd yell "ok I changed my mind can you pls stop I want to leave this. thank you!"
