My Panasonic home phone set doesn’t receive calls, I checked all connections together with volume set up but still not receiving calls when you dial up the house number, how to troubleshoot the issue ? The LCD panel not showing any incoming call too ! Thank you 🙏
Please double check whether the handset itself fully paired with its base unit. Also, you could try to unpair the handset and re-pair them again. Another suggestion would be reset its base unit to see if the connection re-established.
My Panasonic KX-TGA660 one unit (5) won't ring. The other units ring. A bell with a line through it displays when a call comes through it. I can't hear any ring when adjusting volume or ring tone. Silent mode is turned "off" . Why is this happening?

Hi Hridya! Sound quality issues can sometimes indicate a bad connection. If your internet service is stable I would recommend checking all cables connecting to the base unit. What you have to do is Press Menu and Then enter the number #160 and then press the arrow up several times to adjust volume. That will take your phone off silent mode.

@@pittaperth I returned the darn thing, had to manually use Smart Call Blocker, Silent Mode did not work, couldn't get speed dials in. Just went back to my landline & I let the nuisance calls go thru to voicemail, they hang up. But I do thank you very much for the help!!
