- Our new little rescue horse that we got from our friends on the Navajo Reservation goes on a cattle drive. Things went wrong and I got launched - he just exploded. Sometimes things just go wrong! We meet up with Rodeo Reed a famous CZcamsr that we love and help him drive his cattle. Blake might be a little jealous if he saw this video since 2 of his great friends came along....good thing he can't watch CZcams while he is on his mission. Horses, cattle and a wild ride!

That was really neat to watch a REAL cattle drive! So much DUST! Loved to hear all the chatter amongst the cattle. Are the mommas trying to keep track of their babies , or ? Interesting about the one cow, which was dog-pack injured. Hope you're not too sore after getting bucked off! Does it make you want to wear a helmet, next time? And/or a rodeo vest? Neat to get to meet Rodeo Reed, and to see him in action ... including the sandwich-making. ha!

OH MY GOSH 😮 ALAN, are you sure your ok? You might be pretty sore for the next couple days. I'm so grateful that you and Gold 66 are both all right. And I'm sure your right, that piece of wire probably came up and got him in his belly. I'm sooo glad he only bucked once and didn't literally break into! But I sure am sorry you came off 😔. Well the rest of the ride looked great 😃 Also so happy y'all were able to catch that mama cow and her calf so they could go home with Reed and get the TLC her and her calf needed to get better 🐂 cause sure enough that calf could have died if mama wasn't producing much milk. Owen and Zane were a big help out there 😃 and man oh man did Charlette do great! You might want to think twice about finding her a new home 🤔 she's an awfully nice horse 🐴. So glad y'all had fun. Reed announces the Rodeo where I live in St. George Utah. Thank You Alan and Farm for doing a call out to me., that made my day. Alan get a Resistol Straw hat. I have subscribed to Rodeo Reed for a number of years now. Alan that cattle drive is good for Gold 66 since he is a young horse. Long Rides and Wet Saddle Pads with concentrated training.

I know how it is to come off your horse. My mare has “brake checked” me several times and it always comes out of nowhere and when you’re not ready for it. She stayed put though and let me remount her.

I've had 4 beautiful pinto ponies not at same time but. Had each many good years loved with all my heart i miss m terriblei trained my last pony mArylegs fer my disability pony, she was the color of your pal and silver white body mane tail , ❤️ she done well she wouldn't leave me if i slid off good girl, ol lady now but still wuld give anything to have another, buti won't cause it's not fair to her if

luckly he uses it only when he is out in the middle of no mans land
they use them on the ranch to call cattle to feed and held gather the cattle
I would rather use my voice to call the cows over instead of using a siren.
The only reasons why I would use a siren on a farm of my own is, 1. For fire and rescue, 2 for medical and veterinary rescues and possibly for breakdown recovery rescues. THAT'S my limits.
The siren is a great idea for calling the cattle in on large parcels of land...
