Hello Sir, I am from Uzbekistan, and I recently applied for an F1 visa, but my application was rejected after three questions. Even though I was authentic and proactive, what I noticed is that the US consulate in Tasheknent was rejecting the majority of students. Approximately at most 5 out of 50-60 was approved. This is really concerning, and now I am afraid to reapply from Tashekent again. Would you recommend me to apply from neighboring countries, and if asked why you are applying from here, can I say the real reason?

I applied for an E2 to purchase and run a franchise. I had researched the company and had a tried and tested business plan. I also had cousins in that area who could help and advise on local knowledge and important laws, restrictions and requirements. Both my lawyer and franchise owner had gone through this process many times without issue. I was decline for 3 reasons. Not enough of an investment. Not enough growth potential. They felt I would not leave the US.

Yeah, only one admit at a non-reputable college can be risky. You will really need to have a good answer for "why this university".

I am from India and i have a question that what minimum salary or income is required for us tourist visa as I have fixed salary currently 25 k but also I am earning good incentives based on my performance so total is always lay between 45k..so is this enough?
