Hi Ben I wish I had found u before, My case is so complicated, I got B1 visa approved n traveled to USA to visit my sister, after seeing her confident n full of knowledge in her master’s degree I wished to apply for my masters degree in USA. And then I started applying for masters from my home country n four times I got rejected. The officer won’t listen to anything just ask me why I over stayed and denie my visa. One officer gave me revoke on my B1 visa now my husband is in USA n I applied fir my F2 visa and still got denied … m going crazy as what to do …. How do I correct this .. Hi I applied J1 visa application and received 221 g,, and after 16 months AP, i with draw application and applied again due to my University advise and recent got 1 denial of 214 b due to nervousness. Now the main change in new application is that my J2 dependent application is withdraw because one my child passport is going to expired in 4 months and they will stay in home country and i will only travel for J1 scholar. Hi Ben, 40:10 so if I fill a new ds-160 form I just have to have my confirmation page of the new one on the day of the intervirw and then: 1- do I have to e-mail it to somebody or to the embassy or i just have to keep the confirmation with me until i go to the interview 2-do I have to pay the visa fee a second time or what? 3- Please can anyone tell me the whole process of filling a new ds-160 form after paying for the interview 4-does the filling of the ds-160 form affects the approval?
