Good day!
Thank you for doing this video and gives us idea on what to do and not to do during our visa interview.
I got denied with my visa application for b1 b2 last December under section 214b, after 5-6 questions, the visa consular said that I'm not qualified for this visa and handed me a paper, I had with me all the supporting documents but she didn't ask for anything, and I left that window speechless and sad.
Now i applied again but this time my itinerary will be different because im leaving the country where I'm applying from. I will be coming to Canada on March 10 and I planned to visit US on April 1 to 16. My interview will be on February 28, is there any problem you can see from my itinerary?

Hi Graylaw, I'd like to know if we can apply for B1 or B2 visa sequentially for hole family.2 familly members request first and later on (1 or 2 months after) the rest of the familly for the same trip? Is it no going to reduce the chance for the second group to get the visa?
Hi guys I love your videos I have an interview coming up I wanted to know I have a job and get paid by check instead of directly to the bank would that be a problem in my bank statement as I rarely put money in account I normally have it home in a safe .also does the money have to be show in my account for a period of time ?
I'm from the UK and work in construction project management on a contract basis. I'm looking to do a 5-6 month motorcycle/hiking tour but as I'll be in between contracts, I'll technically be unemployed. I'll have ca.$80,000 dollars in savings at the time of travel. Am I likely to be refused just because I'm unemployed at the point of the B2 interview?
Thanks Gray law TV for advising us on interviews and mistakes made during interview.....OK now my question is ,if am asked where is the ticket and hotel booking for where am going to stay yet i didn't fill in the visa application YES(on the travel part about to specific if i made travel plan) because i have not got a visa yet,i have not got a VISA how i can book a hotel and ticket, please advice if am asked sure a question(hotel booking or Ticket) what should i answer?

I wanna go to the US for vacation for my birthday I'll be going to stay with my aunt, I'm 24 years old, I have a 5 year old son and I work with my mom who sells clothes, shoes, bags, etc... My mom has a visa and she travels to the US to shop once a year for the items she sells. I would really like to hear what you think I should walk with when applying for my visa.

19:10 hi did you said your invitation letter should not be taking with you during the interview?
Hello do you have any advice on this please..I’ve travelled to cuba and have heard as of jan 2021 if you’ve been there you cannot enter usa with an esta but you have to apply for a b2 visa (if going to usa for tourism) is this true? im a british born citizen lived, studied and worked in the UK here my whole life..travelled to several countries for vacation, but could the fact I’ve been to cuba numerous times be a cause for concern or a reason to deny my visa? I’ve only ever gone there for vacation because I love it and I get staff discounted flights there so it’s always been really cheap to travel to. Any advice would be great thank you
Hey graylaw tv I appreciate what u do, please answer my question, I once had a b2 visa wen I was 13, that was about 15years ago and I stayed more than 6 months now I want to visit one more time the us but I’m a little bit nervous. Will the embassy be able to know that I didn’t return on time the first time and deny me a new visa? I look forward for an answer to my question thank u 🙏
Ahhhh guys you really made my night knowing that am going for an interview next year and am really nervous 😩
God help you through

Hello gray law, I have an interview next week, my maternal aunt is inviting me for holiday Christmas and new years holiday in the US, I'm a university student and will be returning for the next semester in January,I really want to ask is it advisable to bring the

My greetings I wanted to find out more on my case, I am applying for F-1 visa, well I am first starting with a English as Second Language program first which is a year program but after completing my ESL program I want to Adjust so I can do a 5 year Bachelor of architecture course…so my question is do I speak about my adjustment plan in my first interview for the ESL program?, because when filling the DS160 form on part 2 of the questions they ask about travel information which I have to state the travel plan, the date of arrival and departure, well on my I-20 I have a year program but I later on I’d like to adjust to a 5 year program so do I state that in my DS160 form under Travel Information or what do I do?
I identified which part of the question which gave the consul the decision to deny my b2 visa. Now I’m planning to apply again soon, do you think if i apply to another consulate office in another city will matter?
Hi, I really love the video, so have 2 questions. If I bring my bank statement and my invitation letter, can embassy denied me visa because of letter?
You guys are so wonderful. Thanks for these videos. I have my interview day after tomorrow.and while I hope I get my Visa, finger crossed. I will let you know with status.

Please what if you are going for a graduation in the US and you have an invitation from the school,is it advisable to send it to the interview?
Hi
I am a Ghana citizen and I’ve applied for US visa B2 for myself, my partner and son both holds a New Zealand passport. Is it evidential that I take a copy of their passport and itinerary to the interview?
We’re planning on going on family vacation.

Honestly it depends on the country you are applying from. When I lived in Jamaica went on work and travel 3 times came back on time finished university and got a full time job and I was denied 3-4 times. I moved to Canada and applied and got through on 1st attempt. In Canada I noticed the officers ask enough question and give a fair chance as oppose to Jamaica one dumb question and then denied.
How did your interview go
Yaa Asiedu I got my visa a year ago. I applied in Toronto, they asked what your status? If you working? Why do you want to go the states? . I am permanent, I am was not employed because I am home now with my kids but my husband works. I am crossing the border to shop.
hi dear, so the country where you are living and applying from, could be a advantage or disadvantage right?
LMAO you guys are so funny...... Love your vids, keep it up 😍
You guys are so sweet. Thanks for these videos. I have my interview tomorrow and while I hope I get my Visa, I will never forget you guys making me laugh in the midst of my nervousness. I'll share these with all of my colleagues. 🙂

You can politely ask them to review what you brought.

What about the 90 days visa can we apply for a 90 marriage visa
This is really a good one.
Thank you so much for this video I learned a lot
I'm so glad!
Great advice!!!....The ironic thing about these types of interviews is that when the person who is applying for a visa speaks the truth, they often times don't get the visa, and the ones who boldly lie are often the ones who get the visas, and those are the one who definitely over stay in the USA and never return to their homeland.
@@armimarquez1208 Yup! it's like they rather believe lies than the truth.
@@armimarquez1208 Smh... I am always confused too when they don't give persons the reasons why they are being denied entry. If the denial is legit then it should be communicated with the applicant.
@@armimarquez1208 Yea I guess so
Thank you so much , God Bless you All

Hi, thank you so much for these information. My question is, if i don't need an invitation letter, what then do I go with? Because my brother who sent the invitation, is the one paying for my trip and he indicated that in the invitation letter.
Hi...look at our video on B1/b2 visa that has hundreds of thousand views..it outlines exactly what you need!
Hello I would just like to know if the interviewer ask me why/what are you going to do in the US, is it ok to answer them that I would like to surprise my sister by celebrating our birthday together which is only 5 days apart. Its going to be a surprise because exactly 10 years ago that she did the same thing to me.
I was denied B1/B2 visa for a conference I am to attend in 2017, and I am to apply for a visa interview for another conference in September. Would I be denied this interview? How much money do I need in my account?

thanks Graylaw Tv for video interviews. i liked it
Your more than welcome
This really help alot thanks
Thank you for watching GrayLaw TV!
Kind of messed up that they want you back in your country and if they assume you aren't returning they will be denied, if PR wasn't a part of the US and I had to go through that process I'd go insane... I told my mom that if she left to PR then she would probably never hug me again cause I wouldn't go back to that horrible place if it was her last wish, I am 40 and my home is within the State itself, nothing could take me back to PR, so why can't every one else say no I don't want to ever come back??? Why??? I am so frustrated with this bs
Hello, You've mentioned letters of support can hurt. Is that different from the I-134 affidavit of support? Also, can the I-134 hurt as well?
Hi Lamont...you don't need an I-134 affidavit of support for a B visa. You just need to show ties to your country.
If am invited with a weeding invite do I need to go with that invite to the embercy
Hey guys! Thank you so much for the advices! I have one question u didn’t mention about ,i have been applied to The Dv lottery how can i answer that in case the embassy consult asks me?
Habib Rahal this is a great question, I was denied when I said I have participated previously in DV lottery before.
Joseph Baah He Just denied it without asking you?
I would just say that you did it like playing the regular lottery. It is such a long shot. It is just to keep your options open. If you win, you would have to decide what to do then. If you decide not to use it, the next person in line gets it.
Hi good day i just apply visa last mar 2021 sopose to be last but duting pandemic they sched this year then i got denied .can i apply again ?
