- Here is a Testor's 1987-1989 Porsche 911 (930) Slant Nose Turbo. I built one of these as a kid and had to do another one. I used Mazda Soul Red from Scale Finishes on this one. I love how it came out!

Any build you post is guaranteed to be well worth watching. Classic muscle, exotic, custom or otherwise. I enjoy very much the same mix of cars that you feature on the channel, and this Porsche, especially the color, looks super sweet.

I remember seeing this car mostly in advertisements in car magazines in the 1980s when I was a teenager, but I don't recall any of the magazines going into detail about them. Thanks for filling me in on that, and this color is really striking.
Both of the Porsche books I checked out only had a few paragraphs on the conversion. I had finally found a web page that had some info on them.
It's crazy how all that detail goes into a kit and half or more is hidden but you know it is there.
Yes. I like it and look at it like a puzzle and a view at the guts of one of these. Sometimes it feels like you do all that work and you can’t really show

@@TheMuscleCarModeler I have that Silhouette kit as well and it looks like a lot of fun. I’ve been kicking around the ideas of a 928 or a Countach behind the scenes.
I also have two stalled Countach builds. I don't remember if I showed them to you.

I like it, you chose a great color, very era appropriate. Very cleany builst, the black trim looks like .. trim .. not just paint. I really need to try one of these .. I have a few but have been too cowardly to build one.

Haggerty Ins Co considers 5K units or Less Is a "Collector Car." So 600+ is a Very Small Amount to the U.S. A Small amount of those were probably wrecked in road racing. Car Came out Great. Color Is Great. Nice Job On It for Sure.
