How can a person who has never seen these letters put them in their mind. I find it difficult any suggestions?
Hi - I would suggest to print out a document containing all letters of the Aleph Beis, and then to study them until you are able to close your eyes and visualize them in your mind's eye without looking. This may take some time.
Abulafia states that you should begin by writing them on paper.
Do you have meditation like Hayah, Hovah, Yehiyeh to go back to 2016 year
I do not, sorry. I would recommend to use unstructured meditation music for this; something in the 527/528 Hz range. I personally like this one: czcams.com/video/hdmvMc7TZn0/video.html. Start with the Shem Havaya and then work your way from there into Hayah, Hoveh Veyihyeh.
