[89] Guided Jewish Meditations - A Meditation of Greatness
One of the most important parts of the Jewish prayer service is the recitation of Kaddish, which contains the following short seven word prayer:
יְהֵא שְׁמֵיהּ רַבָּא מְבָרַךְ, לְעָלַם וּלְעָלְמֵי עָלְמַיָּא / Yehey Shemey Raba Mevorach, Le'olam Ul'olmei Olmaya
May His great name be blessed, forever and in all eternity.
The Sages of the Talmud teach of the immense importance and power of this short prayer. This meditation guides the listener into a deep state of spiritual consciousness, and from there, through a mystical secret that hides within the words of this prayer.

I love this meditation , but do you have anything more specific for healing after surgery or physical injury? I just had wrist surgery. I was able to make this meditation work for me by picturing all those yuds running up-and-down my injured wrist and cast, but I would have liked something more specific.

I saw my own psyche , I saw few personas , few muscular scary brute stare me down one by one , then I smelled in the air burning fire , smoke , then I saw , it was standing staring at me moving his head , a mighty tall red dragon 🐉with his eyes staring at me , a divine voice told me to slayed it without hesitation , a spear appeared in my hands, griping it hard , the voice commanded me again to charge at it , and I went crazy , rushed at at it , hit the lower body part of it multiple times , piercing it , warm liquid gushed out , then the dragon collapsed and I gave to his neck few more blows , I was pumped with Adrenalin, I felt relieved , to slay the dragon ! Hashem guided me in this battle against the red dragon !

Hey so I don’t know if you’ll read this or not but I thought I’d still comment. I’ve been finding myself more drawn to the Jewish faith as of late. And I found that this meditation helped me calm down a bit while I’m going on my journey of finding faith again.
