Qabbalistic Guided Meditation for every day: the Sefirot and the Middle Pillar [Energy Centers]

- Go to 0:54 for the direct beginning of the guided meditation. This meditation is suitable for each day to open and activate the energy centers in your astral body and aura and for the expansion of your consiousness. You can also use this guided meditation for your spiritual progress and for your relaxation, regeneration and well-being. This daily meditation is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced students. It is a Sefirot meditation. In the Qabbalah, the Sefirot are the sacred spiritual principles of the Tree of Life . This meditation is about the Sefirot of the middle pillar. The corresponding holy names are intoned or vibrated, as is customary in the Western Mystery Tradition. In the meditation we will briefly discuss the similarity and the difference to chakras and mantras.

Wonderful opportunity to meditate where I am in my journey and as I am at this moment. Serendipitous to do a Middle Pillar meditation with the lovely and warm narration, as mentioned below, by the Brotherhood of the Eternal Light Mystery School during this morning of the so-called pink Supermoon full moon in the midst of a beginning journey. This has allowed me to simply begin, which is one of my most almost stopping notions, and rather than be perfect and must-do-this-that-that first, simply allows me to participate and do and experience and initiate a practice of meditation that is both calming and inspiring and energizing. This video was absolutely a wonderful exhilarating experience, I felt like I was being showered with beautiful peaceful and energizing currents from one Sefirot to the next, the colour vibrations resonated with me, hearing the chanting coming from far towards me was an added bonus, it's almost like a reflection of energy being sent from the universe- what a powerful experience. ive been doing this for a few days. (don't try this under the influence of cannabis or any other substance, that was freaky, i could not complete it felt like tripping on acid after the 1st intonation) but since that 1st attempt i haven't even been able to smoke. and every day things keep getting more and more clear and focused. I have been interested in the qabbalistic teachings for a long, long time. i really like this channels videos as there is not any extra personal stuff and experience added in, just the knowledge and techniques presented in a very easy to follow and direct manner. i am learning so much here, and taking the free online course. so much has changed in 2020, and i have been changing along with it. real magic has always fascinated me, i read Alister Crowleys liber 777 when i was in my 20's and didn't understand a dam thing in it. but it must have sunk in to a degree. wish i would have kept the book, now its out of print i think. thank you so much for this, it is advancing my understanding substantially each time i go through it. i hope you decide to put more advanced versions of this up, and other meditations and lessons about the sefirot in a more in depth manner, but i know that certain levels of this knowledge are somewhat "dangerous" and can be misused, but there's so much of this knowledge available now, i think it would be good to have direct and knowledgeable, not to mention responsible source of teaching for people seeking in earnest and turned off by the mish mosh of information that is out there.

please do some more meditation videos of this sort. a walk through like this for the Temple meditation would be very helpful. and maybe activating the other 2 pillars of the sephiroth. i am needing to learn this cause i have had experiences that kinda showed me whats happening here. and by that i mean on earth, with humanity. i must have gotten very far in my previous incarnations cause i feel like i have seen things and know things that no human should know. studying these lessons here on BOEL and taking time to read more of the Occult literature has confirmed to me that whatever i saw was not my imagination(even though this world is made of imagination) and for some reason i have a deep understanding of the foundational structure of our world. i feel without further study and to take this all the way i will lose my mind. or descend back into an apathetic sleep that will just end me. please keep uploading and helping, im sure im not the only human greatly benefiting from these lessons. the secret of the occult is at its most purest form, dangerous for the average mind, i understand the secrecy now and and don't resent or mind it in the same way i used to. and to a large extent have taken my own personal vow of silence for the deepest aspect of the mystery's.

I appreciate the accurate pronunciation of the the Hebrew. Israel Regardie has some recordings but, unfortunately, his pronunciation of Hebrew and Sanskrit is completely inaccurate. Regarding the color assignments we can inform you that they are partly different. Lavendel e.g. belongs to the king or knight scale We generally work on the queen scale, as this has proven to be the most suitable.

Only Muladhara is on the etheric and pranic level. The other chakras are also on the astral level; the chakras in the head have also a mental counterpart. Sahasrar is connected to the causal plane and contains the blue pearl of consciousness. There are deities (devas) supervising every chakra.

I listed to this video last night and had tingling sensations on my left foot and left shoulder. Later on as the intonation started, my body felt so cold but i didn't wanna disturb the meditation so i didn't moved. At the end of the meditation, i fell asleep... Peacefully. I usually have trouble with falling asleep unless i take melatonin but I'm surprised this gave me a peaceful sleep. Thank you so much for that beautiful guided meditation. 💖💖💖🙏🏻

Hi I have a copy of the book Qabbalistic Magic by Salomo Baal-Shem and in the section about Kavannah there is a meditation that also activates the centers but I noticed it is slightly different from this meditation. What are the differences in the effect and is it safe to practice both meditations?
Hello John,
yes, it is another version than in the book of Salomo Baal-Shem, but the effect is the same and there is of course safe to practise both meditations.
The version in the book is a bit more complex (or better, explained in detail) and the version here on You Tube is more "You Tube" friendly. Which does not mean, that it is less powerful. As you already wrote, its in the section about "Kavannah" and this means: the power you give into something. So in the end you can bring power into nearly everything .

How is it possible for the Sefirot to be different things then the chackras? Isn't cater basically just a Jewish term for the crown chackra ? I mean the word cater/cather basically means crown.
Hi James, the Sefirot are spiritual principles with astral expressions which can also be found in our astral bodies as astral energy centers. And Keter means Crown, yes. However the Chakras are etheric energy centers, i.e. on the etheric plane which is part of the material plane. Therefore, Keter is not identical with the crown chakra. @@qabbalahORG I can kind of understand what you mean but I've heard that there are more then one physical realm on this Earth and that the higher plains are more mental but the lower ones are grosser and more physical and that the etheric realm is the highest one of them. And also that when one dies they go to a place of like vibration rather then the notion that someone just becomes one with G-d. Nope the creator has to many layers to be done after death or even after a person leaves this earth.

You've swapped the Divine Names of Daath and Tiphareth... "Eloah ve-Daath" is the Name in Daath, "Yod Heh Vav Heh" is the Name in Tiphareth...
Thanks for your comment. The Jewish traditional Divine name of Tiferet is indeed YHVH or, less frequently, Eloah.
In Agrippa von Nettesheim's book we find Eloah Vedaath and Tetragrammaton Vedaath, however in his table he gives Eloah, according to Jewish tradition. In his description of the Sefirot he mentions the additional "Vedaath". So, there was no general agreement, so to speak, of the Divine name of Tiferet.
Eloah is the poetic form of El, "god", and ve-Daat (we use this spelling because it makes the correct pronounciation easier) means "and gnosis".
We use YHVH Eloah veDaat for Tiferet because "Eloah veDaat" can be translated as "God and gnosis" in the meaning that we can realize God in Tiferet, whereas we cannot realize God in Keter. LVX
