That was pretty cool to see. I'm digging it. Great video. Enjoyed watching ✌️ 😎
Thank you Stanley. Much appreciated friend. 👊
Definitely a nice car worth the time and effort ❤❤
Thanks Michael!
Perfect stance and wheel and tire combo
Thanks a ton Dave.
Man, the local car shows, just take it the way it is. Go to one every month and let people see the progress you’ve made that month. I’d have thrown in the carpet and front seats and shown it off. You should be proud of what you’ve done.
Yeah, that was my plan but I thought I had time to make the additions. Should knew better...
Nice work on the 55. The car runs awesome!! Sounds great too. Cheers!! 😎
Thank you!
Pretty Cool Ride Along. Thanks for another episode.... always enjoy the channel.
Much appreciated man!
Hey Brad 👋, thanks for sharing, and have a great weekend. The car is definitely running well. There are a few things to tighten up . But you did a great job. 👍
Yeah, still working out a few bugs but so far no major problems since I started driving it a bit more. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
You’re driving your 55!!
How cool is that!
Your engine sounds good too 👍🏻
Thanks Sean. Yeah, it's a pretty cool feeling being able to hop in the car and go for a cruise. I still have plenty to do, but I am definitely enjoying the car. I appreciate you watcing man!
That sounds good. At least you got it out for a drive. Remember, it came a long way.
Thanks man! It sure did. I appreciate you watching.
Love the sound when you’re going through the gears. I noticed a light flickering under the dash before you got gas. After you stopped it wasn’t on but your tach light was going off and on. Keep after it, it’s coming along nicely.
Yeah I had a couple issues at the time. One of my door switches wasn't grounding correctly and had some issues with the headlight switch. All good now. Thanks for watching.
Car sounds so good Brad. The bare metal just looks awesome. 👍😎✌️
Thanks man, I dig it also!
The rear seats look pretty good. The old '55 sounds really nice. Look forward to more. Be safe and stay well.
Thanks as always Brian!
Looking good, your rattle can shaking skills are top notch. The car is looking and sounding great.
Haha Mike. I guess everybody is good at something! Thanks for watching!
I know you have to mod the seat when you do a tub job, you never see the process. Thanks for showing it.
Thanks man. I'm not sure if my process is right, but it seemed to work. I probably should add a bit of structure back in there though. That sounds like a good winter project, so I'll put it on the list and see if I ever get around to it.
Nice car , good work and a great channel ( love the sense of humour at your expense).I really appreciate the sound of the car going through the gears , always ...... V8 and a 4 speed. Many thanks.
Thanks man I appreciate the comments!
Yup, you're a genius! Love seeing it in bare metal. Most of the fabric paints aren't great, but they do serve a purpose. I have a few fleece blankets that I'm going to hog ring to my seats when I get to that point "function" lol I think weather strip will help with some of the rattles
Thanks Josh. Not the answer I expected when asking if I was a genius...haha. I think weather strip will definitely help some of the annoying noises. t is funny you say that, because I literally just dug out the weather strip kit I bought in 1991. Most of it still seems good after all these years. Guess I'll get that installed, someday.
Genius 🤔🤔🤔 I think we all had that moment or Two LoL , But Bud u have done a hell of a job on the oh 55👍. But after all that work u already have done I bet it feels good driving around for sure. Have a good one Bud 👍
Oh! Back in the day,(1977) i installed a purple fur like carpet.
On the package tray
That and am irredessent chevy in scroll lettering and a big speaker from Murphy's mart.
Cool ol memory!
Ahh the good old days... Thanks for watching and sharing the memory!
Love the bare metal man
Thanks man. I appreciate that!
Looking & running good. If you need to have an alignment done, take it done to Toms Alignment on Black St. in town. Tom has loads of experience with hot rods & race cars.
Thanks for the tip. Tom's is where I plan on taking it, if I ever get around to it. He's probably too busy to get it in before the snow flies now, but I should probably give him a call and fid out.
You are a genius ! Lol !
Thank Jerry. You are obviously easily fooled... I appreciate you watching and commenting.
I got tired and sweaty watching you struggle a bit with that back seat. Last time I was crawling in and out and over my rollbar my sciatica said Hey I'm Back!!! Otherwise great video Brad 👏
Thanks Gorni. You know I've gotta get a bit of struggle in each video. Wish I could do away with that, but it seems like it has become pretty standard around here.
❤🇱🇷💪 looking good 👍
Thanks man!
Noticed your tachometer light going off and on.
Yeah I had an issue with the headlight switch but it's all good now. Thanks for watching!
We just spent a few days camped at Seventh Ranch near The Bighorn battlefield. Went to Billings on THursday. How close were we to you?
Cool. I am about 2 hours west of Billings. Hope you had a good time in Big Sky Country.
Thanks, we did

Yea, I started mine on fire a couple times.
I had some hot embers in the seat padding but got lucky and no fires. Still have to weld in some structure though, so still a chance to burn it down (if I ever do that...). Thanks for watching!
the button pops out call holley and you can buy the switch chances of getting it out withouth destroying it are slim to none
Yep. I actually drilled it out and found a different push button switch to put in there. Like $10 and a bit of work but she's all good now. Thanks for watching!
Just wondering Did you ever sell The DD speed shop 57 Chevy?
Yeah I did sell the DDSS '57. I haven't really made any "new" content recently so I haven't mentioned it. I'll probably make a little blurb about it at some point, even though t is getting to be old news by now. Thanks for watching and following along.
Your courtesy lights are flickering on and off as you are riding down the road.
Yeah I was having a ground issue. They plug in with one of those bullet style connectors, and I just couldn't get a good connection. I think I have it dialed in now. Thanks for watching!
That is one bitchen car dude. I love it
I appreciate that man.
Dude I’m sorry to say but you really ruined the seats and bolt cutters to remove the springs
Thanks for the tip on the bolt cutters. Seems like they would work better. Unfortunately I don't have any or maybe I would have thought to try them. Did I ruin the seat with the paint, or by hacking up the frame, or both? Anyways, it's "mostly" black and in the car, so good enough for me. Tanks for watching.
