Awesome video Roy 😀🍿🎸🎶 I absolutely love ‘Forrest Gump’; but surprisingly a film that does get its detractors; I think the only complaint you can give it was the acting but the box of chocolates and all 😂👌 Need to revisit the ‘Mad Max’ film series; only seen the first film bar ‘Fury Road’ aswell lol. Loved ‘Blue Jasmine’; very good film 😊 Enjoy the rest of your weekend Roy 😀🙏🍿🎸🎶
Hey Sam thanks 😊 for watching 👀 Blue Jasmine is my favourite Woody Allen although I haven't seen a whole heap. I think I should stop moaning about Forrest Gump 😆
@@roybarratt5609 oh mate; it’s fine; I’m so used to seeing ‘Forrest Gump’ getting its fair share of detractors; you were putting it politely compared to what I heard from a few other people’s thoughts on it 😂👍 Surprisingly it’s a film that doesn’t get a whole lotta love as I thought it would do; not like say ‘Jaws’ or ‘Jurassic Park’ etc. But that’s the beauty about film bud; it’s different strokes for different folks 😊🙏🍿🎸🎶 I say my fav Woody Allen film is either ‘Annie Hall’ or ‘Manhattan’ 😀
I'd really like to watch the 4K on War of The Worlds. I saw the one with with Tom Cruise when it came out. I cant remember a great deal about it....which is probably telling!
Another good week, Roy. I have seen and enjoyed all of those. I like that cover of And God Created Woman, I haven’t seen that before. I have the movie on laserdisc.
Thanks Neil. It always surprises me how many differences between artwork there and here when you show yours. And god created women was super. You can certainly see why she got men of the sixties hot under the collar.
I have War of the worlds on my list at cex, going to wait for a price drop once they drop the price to £12, i know they will do it again. Love Mad Max, my only complaint though is by the time he actually goes mad there is only about 15 minutes left of the film. Part 2 is my favourite . Thanks Roy.
Hey Mark. I'll let you know if I see it 12 again. I've watched the first Mad Max a few times. Maybe it caught me in the right mood but this was the most I've ever enjoyed it.
Always enjoy hearing what others have been watching over the week Roy, glad u liked Benjamin Button, I saw in the cinema as its directed by one of my favourite directors, David Fincher 😎 enjoy ur Sunday mate 👍🏻
Hi Ash thanks. I enjoy making the watch videos. Sometimes though I can watch something and a few days later struggle to recall it 😅 Must be my age. Yep Fincher is great. I haven't seen his last 2 films though 😕
@roybarratt5609 I use the app letterboxd as often I can't remember what I watched the day before! 😄 people ask me what I've seen recently and I have to use the app to remember 😂
